Sai’s disciple Shyama meets him and says he had gone out of Shirdi for sometime and when he returned, he felt sad hearing about Jhipri’s ordeal. Sais says nobody can stop what is written in their fate. Villagers discuss they have to go to Kulkarni’s chavdi/house and see what is in Jhipri’s fate. Baizaa waits for Appa. Appa returns and discusses something with her.

Jhipri, Sumitra, and other villagers reach Kulkarni’s house. Kulkarni says 12 noon has passed and what Sumitra has decided. Jhipri says she cannot see her mother being troubled like this because of her, so she is ready to become Parashuram’s slave. Sumitra scolds her to shut up and tells Kulkarni that she could gather 30 rs and will pay Parashuram’s money in installments slowly. Kulkarni

yells if poor people think they can fool rich people with their emotional blackmail, they are wrong. His puppets laugh along with him.

Kulkarni continues that as a village head and lawmaker, he will not let Parashuram lose his money, so now Jhipri has to become Parashuram’s sla…Appa with Baizaa maa enters and stops him. Kulkarni laughs and says if he will give money. Appa says Kulkarni himself will give money and asks to mortgage his land and lend 300 rs. Kulkarni says his 125 acres land will fetch only 150 rs, he has to mortgage rest of his land to get 300 rs. People discuss that Kulkarni is wrongly trying to pay 50%. Sai also reaches there. Kulkarni taunts if Appa will pay rest of money via Sai’s black magical fake money or will he show some illusion here. Baizaa maa says nothing of that sort will happen, she can sacrifice all her wealth for her daughter and will protect her at any cost from wicked Parashuram.

Kulkarni taunts Sai if he will not save his mother and disciple’s property, will he not use his black magic now, and continues insulting Sai. He orders clerk to prepare papers, gets signatures from Appa and gives him money. Appa gives money to Parashuram and asks him to go away from Shirdi. Sai gives papers to Kulkarni and asks him to keep them safely as Appa will return his money within 1 week and take back his papers. Kulkarni asks if he is challenging him. Sai says he is reminding him. Kulkarni stands fuming.
