Banta tells Anta that they will get murmure and batashe from Appa. Anta says Kulkarni will get angry. Banta says we shall not let the chance to earn go, else we will be fool. Kaveri thinks to go and see Rano ji. Bhabhi asks her to come for khandoba puja. Kaveri thinks to keep food for Rano ji. Sai applies medicine on Rano ji’s wounds. Bai Sa thinks they have to bear the pain for Sai, but how to skip khandoba’s maha puja. She thinks when they had bought the murmure and batashe they didn’t know that it will not reach khandoba and asks God to accept it. Sai looks on and smiles. Om sai plays…
Aayi tells God that he should have taken her rather than getting her insulted. Villagers come there and says they came to get Bhog stuff. Aayi says she will send it with Appa. Villager says Banta asked them to get the stuff and says Appa or anyone is not allowed. Aayi tells Bai Sa that she will lift the stuff as a penance for choosing her as bahu. She gives all bhog things to them and asks khandoba why is he punishing them for one’s mistake.
Mhalsapati thinks today more than Bhakti of Khandoba, it is an exhibition of Kulkarni’s strength. He asks Khandoba if he is angry with them as they are silent. Villagers applaud for Kulkarni as he comes to temple. He plays shank. Appa, Tatya and others hear the sound. Tatya says puja have started, when we will go. Aayi asks what you will tell him. Tatya asks him to come to mela/fair with him, atleast he can have sweets. Aayi says our bhog is taken there, but we are not allowed. Appa says this is a sign that khandoba is calling us.
Kulkarni says Appa ji’s absence might be affecting me and asks if he thinks him guilty. He says it was for Shirdi’s welfare. Mhalsapati says if we have done then Khandoba will make us realize. Kulkarni says lets start puja. Appa is coming to temple happily. Bai Sa prays to Khandoba. Sai Om plays….
Jhipri brings Tatya to Sai and says he is crying like small kids as his father haven’t taken him to temple. Sai comes to Tatya and asks what you like in khandoba’s puja. Tatya says he likes people, aarti, shank, flowers smell, Prasad etc. He says he can’t hear aarti from here. Sai smiles and asks Tatya what is he looking at? Tatya says he is looking at sky towards Khandoba. Sai says when khandoba can hear aarti then why can’t we? He says God stays in bhakt’s heart. Rano ji says we can’t feel God by heart. Jhipri says she felt good. They close their eyes and hear aarti, gets flower smell etc. Rano ji closes his eyes and experiences it. Jhipri and Tatya continues to hear it. Appa comes to temple and stand hearing Aarti. All villagers maintain distance with him.
Appa looks at villagers who have distanced themselves from him. Kulkarni turns and looks at Appa. He says you have insulted Khandoba and have crossed your limits. Appa ji asks how? Kulkarni says villagers want to boycott you. Appa says even I have right to come here. Kulkarni says may be you are coming from Sai’s place and have touched Rano ji. He provokes Villagers against Appa. Villager asks Appa to go, others also say the same. Appa says this disease is not contagious. Kulkarni says it is possible that you are carrying this disease. Appa shows his hands and asks if there is anything on his hands. Kulkarni asks him to show his body and remove the clothes. Villagers ask him to remove his kameez. Kulkarni says all villagers are scared, it is your duty to calm them.
Bai Sa is praying to God. Sai looks on. Appa removes his kameez. Mhalsapati asks him to stop. Kulkarni says it is good that he is fine and asks Anta and Banta to distribute Prasad. Tatya says if his father had seen the aarti. Sai says when your father returns, his faith on God will get more stronger. Appa asks them to stop and asks what is this double standard? He says you all have objection with us, but no objection to take Pooja stuff and Prasad from my house. Kulkarni says he has bought these stuff with his money. Appa says Banta said some men and got these Prasad. Banta says he is lying. Kulkarni asks villagers if they will get the Prasad and says he will get another Prasad. Mhalsapati says bhog is kept for God and asks villagers to accept it. Sai om plays…..Appa and others get Prasad. Kulkarni looks on angry. Sai thinks the bhakt will be truthful who has strong devotion and faith.
