Sumitra goes near water well and tries to suicide thinking after putting her daughter into trouble, she does not have right to live. Sai watches that via telepathy and thinks she is doing wrong, don’t do that. A bright light emerges from water well and well disappears. Sumitra is surprised to see sees that and sees Sai in front of him signaling what is she doing. Shanta pulls Sumitra down. Other villagers also reach with Sai. Sumitra cries vigorously. Sai asks what was she doing without thinking of an end outcome. Sumitra cries saying she does not have right to live after putting her daughter into trouble and unable to save her from Parashuram’s slavery. Sai asks how is she helping her by giving her life, will her problems solve with her suicide; Jhipri would be in guilt that her mother suicide because of her. Sumitra asks what she has to do. Sai says when there is no way left, they should look at God. Shanta tries to console Sumitra, but Sumitra pushes her away. Prahlad takes Sumitra with her while Shanta walks behind them.
Keshav sees Parvati busy in kitchen and silently steals money from Kulkarni’s locker. He meets Jhipri and gives her money to give it to Parashuram. Jhipri asks how did he get so much money. He says from his father. Jhipri says his father would not have give money easily. He says what difference does it make, he just wants to save her from his father and Parashuram. She takes him to Sai and says he stole money from his father to help her. Sai says Kulkarni keeps count of each penny and he will not spare Keshav, so he Keshav should keep back money in its place.
Jhipri goes on work selling cow dung cakes. A woman asks her to take care of her mother well and asks if she knows what happened last night. Jhipri nervously says no. Woman says Sumitra is very tensed regarding Jhipri and tried to suicide last night. Jhipri feels guilty and thinks she is reason behind all the problems and has to do something.
Precap: Sai gives Appa’s property papers to Sai and asks him to keep them safely, Appa will return his money within 1 week and take back his papers. Kulkarni asks if he is challenging him.
Sai says he is reminding him.
