Anta and Panta take Parashuram to Kulkarni. Kulkarni greets Parashuram and seeing his blistered hand asks what happened to him. Parashuram says his villagers did it and his servants told that his enemies are also Kulkarni’s enemies. Kulkarni says let him treat Parashuram first and then he will punish them. Sai sees Mridul standing sadly and asks reason. Mridul shows earrings says he does not have right to own those earrings. Sai says let earrings decide it. Mridual walks towards earrings and gets happy seeing them sparkling. He picks them and promises Sai that he will not do any wrong deed in life and leaves greeting Sai.

Kulkarni calls Jhipri, Sumitra, and Shanta and yells how dare are they to trouble respectable Parashuram ji.
Parashuram yells that they promised to marry him

to Jhipri and took precious gifts from him, though he got back all his gifts, he spent 200 rs in marriage expenses and needs 300 rs, else Jhipri has to become his servant for life. Sai watches that via telepathy and tells Baizaa maa that Jhipri’s problems have not ended yet, rich arrogant men like Parashuram does not accept defeat easily and become more cruel to take revenge. Shanta confronts Parashuram and says he told he spent 200 rs, then why he is demanding 300 rs. Kulkarni shouts that prestigious people like Parashuram deserve compensation for their insult. Shanta pleads Dhondi to speak and inform that she conspired all this and Jhipri’s family is innocent, they can punish her. Dhondi afraid of Parashuram says his father is right. Kulkarni orders Sumitra to pay 300 rs to Parashuram by tomorrow 12 noon, else be ready send Jhipri with Parashuram as his slave.

Baizaa maa with Appa tells Sai that she considers Jhipri as her daughter and will help her. Sai says they may have to face problems and society’s ire. They say they are ready. At night, all Sai’s disciples gather at Sumitra’s house. Shanta offers money and jewelry. Sumitra angrily says she does not want to see her face at all and asks Prahlad to take his mother from here forever. Appa returns and says he tried all his sources, but could not borrow money even after saying he is Shirdi’s Appa Rao.

Precap: Sumitra tries to suicide thinking she does not have right to live after troubling her daughter, but Sai saves her with his leela.
