Sai tells whenever Bappa will understand the truth, his problems will also start ending. Sulochana tensed when father doesn’t return till night asks mother why did she let father go out, what if something happens to her. Villagers brings injured panditji. Wife asks what happened to him. He says just minor injuries. Villagers say they will explain everything and asks Sulochana to bring some medicine for kakaji/panditji. Sulochana gets medicines. Villager says Kajaji went and fought in a marriage house for verbally abusing Sulochana. Sulochana asks panditji why did he go there. He says he cannot see anyone insulting his daughter. Sai notices everything in havan fire.
Sulochana says it was not their mistake. Panditji says even it was not her mistake and he curses the day when her happiness was destroyed. He goes into flashback where its Sulochan’s wedding day and mother get emotional and gives her some moral gyaan. Father says Sulochana is his only daughter, hence she sold all his properties to perform her wedding. During wedding rituals Sulochana’s groom collapses and dies. His mother calls Sulochana inauspicious and killed his son. Panditji pleads not to say that, his daughter is not inauspicious. Out of flashback, Pandit says he cannot let anyone insult his daughter. Mother says it was not her mistake that her groom died. They all 3 hug each other and cry.
Baizamaa takes food for Sai. Sai says when people are sad, how can he be happy. She says he should eat though. He says he is lucky that he has Baizamaa and others to take care of him, but he gets sad seeing people around him sad. She asks if he is sad regarding Bappa as Tatya told her about Bappa’s problem.
Precap: Sulochana thinks of committing suicide and praays god to end her parent’s sorrows after she is gone. Sai emerges and asks if she prays for her parents, what about her.
