Sai says pigeon forgot after helping the ant but the ant remembered it. She once saw the hunter aiming at birds. He was looking at that pigeon only. Baji asks Sai how that small ant would have helped pigeon. Sai tells him never to underestimate anyone due to its size. Ant was small yet she was grateful and wanted to help the pigeon. She moved forward without caring about herself.
Urmila continues walking.
Someone asks Sai what happened next. Sai says hunter shot at the pigeon. It felt as if the pigeon would have gotten hurt but the ant bit the hunter just in time. Hunter missed his shot. The pigeon flew away because of the noise. Everyone claps. Sai says this story tells us that Ram ji keeps a tab of our every deed. What we do, come around. We should always do good deeds as they help us
Urmila appears tired but continues walking.
Savitri tells her mother she is sure that more patients will come tomorrow. I can feel it. Sarkar’s goons enter just then. They throw the stuff in Savitri’s house and warn Savitri and her mother to leave Shirdi before tomorrow’s sunrise. Savitri’s mother asks them where they will go at this hour. The goon tells them that there is a cart waiting near the backdoor. Women are supposed to follow men. This is a society which is ruled by men. If you try to change the equilibrium then we will set an example for the society by taking care of you! Savitri recalls how 2 boys had kidnapped her on the exam day. They had refused to let her score more marks than them. They leave after locking her up. Flashback ends. Goon tells Savitri to pack her stuff and come out soon. We are waiting outside. Savitri’s mother begs them to spare Savitri. They head outside.
Savitri’s mother asks Savitri to come. We should leave. Savitri is in a state of shock.
Mahesh tells his mother that he checked nearby but Urmila isn’t here. She worries for Urmila owing to her condition. Mahesh calls out her name.
Urmila’s condition becomes worrisome while walking. She sits under a tree. Sai gets up immediately.
Savitri’s mother starts packing their things. We cannot live here for another second! Savitri breaks down. I have lost! There is no way out now! I have lost my last hope as well! It becomes dark suddenly. Savitri asks her mother why it is so dark suddenly. She looks up as a bright light appears. She notices Sai and asks Him how He is here. What’s happening? Sai says that isn’t important. What’s going on in your mind is what matters. You are leaving without putting up a fight. Everyone is thinking of coming to you yet you are planning to leave. Savitri rues that they have no option but to leave Shirdi now. Sai tells her that this is their test. It is the law of nature. We must go through the worst to succeed. Why are you afraid? Savitri replies that she is trying but something or the other keeps reminding her of her past. I think that my attempt to change the mentality of this society will not change anything. What should I do? Sai says you remember that those 2 boys had locked you up. You forgot that a kind man had saved you later. You became a doctor after studying hard. Those boys were so bent upon showing you down that they failed their exam. Ram ji showed you that good attracts good and vice versa. She is worried for her and her mother’s life. Sai says I understand that you are concerned for your and your mother’s life but what about the woman who has set out to save you. She had great intentions but fate dint support her. she is lying unconscious in the middle of nowhere under a tree. It is your duty to help her now. She dint care about her life while trying to save you. It is your duty as a doctor and as a human being to save a life. Think of the oath you took when you chose to become a doctor. Help her if you think that’s right. I wont stop you either if you chose to leave Shirdi after feeling afraid of those goons. Sai disappears.
Everything turns normal. Savitri asks for Sai. Her mother tells her that it must have been a dream. Leave us this. I have packed everything. Let’s go now.
Sarkar’s goons are sure that these ladies will leave town by midnight. They place a bet on when those 2 will leave. Savitri comes out just then. They ask her why she is here alone. Where is your mother and your luggage? She keeps walking towards them. They decide to teach her a lesson when she shows burning coals to them. No one will be able to save you two from me if you take any step further. One goon tries but she is adamant. They flee from there. Savitri tells Urmila that she is coming to help her. Sai smiles.
Savitri finds Urmila siting under a tree. She is unconscious. Savitri tells her that she has brought medicine for her. Are you fine? Urmila opens her eyes. What about the goons? Savitri assures her that they have left. I am fine too. You shouldn’t have come here in this condition. Urmila says you helped me when I felt dizzy the other day. I had to come. Savitri reasons that it is her duty to serve people. You have to look after yourself. If you will be careless then you will have to visit me every day. Urmila asks her if she isn’t leaving Shirdi. Savitri shakes her head. She gives medicine to Urmila but then realizes that she forgot to bring water. How will you take medicine now? Sai holds out a pot of water. Savitri thanks Him. Why are you here though? I told you to rest. Why aren’t you sleeping? Sai smiles. You both are awake as well. Savitri says a pregnant woman runs in this condition while the other roams outside just after recovering from His illness. God bless the doctor if that’s the kind of patients we will have! Sai reasons that the society becomes an ideal society when people forget their own pain and help others. Urmila takes medicine. Savitri tells Urmila that she will feel better in some time. Sai and I will take you home then. Urmila says it isn’t needed. I will go on my own. Sai tells her that He cannot allow her to go alone at this hour. Urmila mentally requests Sai to understand her concern. I don’t want my family to insult either of you. She requests them again but Sai says we cannot leave you alone when you have done so much for Savitri.
Savitri and Sai bring Urmila home. Mahesh asks her if she is fine. She nods. Janardan asks Savitri why she has come with her DIL. Urmila tells him everything honestly. Kaka even told the goons to use force if needed. Janardan is relieved that Urmila dint see him. I shouldn’t have believed Sarkar. Mahesh wonders why Sarkar will do something like that. Janardan sends Urmila inside with Mahesh. He warns Savitri to stay away from his DIL. You might believe that you are a doctor but I don’t believe you. Trusting you is like risking her life! Sai tells him that Savitri has helped his DIL twice already. Urmila might have been in trouble if Savitri wasn’t there. Doctors care for others even when they are in discomfort. Savitri dint care about her life. She fought with the goons and went to help your DIL at midnight. She has proved her sincerity. There is still time. Believe Dr. Savitri. Janardan isn’t bothered. I just want her to stay away from my family! He tells Mahesh to take Urmila inside. Mahesh and Urmila give in.
Precap: An Inspection Officer asks Savitri to leave the clinic right away. She agrees to leave as soon as another doctor comes as her replacement. Sarkar firmly tells her to do as told. Sai asks him with what right is he ousting her.
