Kulkarni tells Ratnakar about Dwarka maai. Ratnakar asks when can I get it. Kulkarni says you can take possession as soon as possible and gives its papers. Ratnakar asks did Keshav like telescope and laughs. Kulkarni also laughs. Keshav and Pavan see Jhipri, Tatya and others. Pavan asks him to introduce them. Keshav introduces them in English. Kulkarni tells Anta and banta that he wants Sai to leave Dwarka Maai and laughs. He sees Jhipri asking keshav to come to Sai. Keshav refuses and says I will never go to Sai again. Pavan asks who is he? Kulkarni gets happy. Keshav says we shall leave. Jhipri and others come to Sai.
Keshav comes home and cries. He tells about his bad behavior and says nobody will play with me now. Rukmini pacifies her. Jhipri tells Sai about keshav’s behavior. Sai asks them
Jhipri makes rangoli. Tatya makes flowers with chalk. Jhipri tells Sai that they have no flowers. Sai asks birds to bring the flowers. Jhipri asks how they can help us. Sai asks them to see birds bringing flower and thanks them. Jhipri says it is enough.
Ratnakar sees Dwarka maai from far and asks Nand Lal to asks Fakeer to leave and says this land is ours. Nand Lal says ok. Kulkarni thinks Sai must be out by now and thinks game must be enjoyable. He sees a villager coming there and taunts him. Villager asks him to give some time to pay the money. Kulkarni gives time to the man.
Rukmini gives milk to kasha. Kulkarni checks mangoes and asks Anta and banta to take it inside. Chivu checks and says mangoes are good. Kulkarni asks Rukmini to make mango dishes. Anta asks if we are invited. Kulkarni says ok. Rukmini thinks about the reason for his happiness.
Nand lal comes to Dwarka Maai and asks Sai to leave the place, says Kulkarni gave this place to us. Jhipri and Tatya say that it is Sai and everyone’s Dwarka Maai. Nand lal says this place is of my boss and asks Sai to ask children not to interfere. He asks them to leave. Ratnakar thinks why did Nand lal is talking to kids and asks guards to check. Nand Lal asks guards to throw them out. Kids pick rangoli powder and throws on their eyes. Sai tells kids that they shouldn’t do like this and makes guards face washes with his hands. Ratnakar comes there curious and recalls Nand Lal offering him coin, but Sai refusing it. He thinks so he is the one, and villagers think his black magic as miracle. He greets Sai. Sai says I have heard about your greatness. Ratnakar says I am an ordinary guy, unlike you. He thinks he wants to trap Sai. Nand lal tries to speak. Ratnakar Rao stops him and asks Sai, if you will help me. Sai says I will help you whatever is in my hands. Ratnakar Rao says I need Dwarka maai.
