Hidden ledger falls from Kulkarni’s account’s clothes. Ganpath checks it and informs that there is a lot of discrepancy in it. Chandorkar warns Kulkarni to prove his innocence in 5 minutes, else get ready to go to jail. Inspector walks to Srikanth and says he didn’t prove his innocence till now, so be ready to go to jail. Ganpath says Srikanth didn’t do any scam and in fact paid poor students’ fees. Chandorkar asks inspector why did she deny from checking Srikanth’s ledger. Inspector says he got an information that Srikanth forged ledger. Chandorkar warns him for alleging Srikanth wrongly and be ready to face dire consequences. Kulkarni plays wicked game and blames his accountant Shankar that he betrayed and brought British government’s fake letter to

increase taxes. Shankar acts and apologizes Kulkarni for his mistake as he needed money for his brother’s treatment. Kulkarni yells that because of him teacher Srikanth would have gone to jail. He apologizes collector Chandorkar for his accountant’s mistake and asks police to arrest accountant and take him away.

Chandorkar praises Kulkarni’s loyalty and says he is at fault though to not perform his duth properly, so he shouldn’t handle 3 villages. Kulkarni gets tensed. Chandorkar asks to return villagers’ money right now. He tells Srikanth that his doubt was right. Srikanth thanks him. He says he should thank Ganpath who read his letter and brought him here. Srikanth thanks Ganpath. Chandorkar walks away with team. Kulkarni asks Santa to give 100 rs each to policemen and send accountant to Pune, he will take care of accountant’s expenses.

Chandorkar asks Ganpath to stay in Shirdi itself and investigate on Kulkarni as he feels Kulkarni is lying, else how did the siphoned money came into Kulkarni’s house instead of accountant’s house; he will also recommend to reward Ganpath for performing duty well. Ganpath gets happy hearing that and asks if he can take leave today. Chandorkar says whom he wants to meet here, he heard Ganpath is weird and saw it today, grants him leave. Ganpath thinks he can meet Sai and searching Dwarkamayi sings bhajan all the way along. Sai’s all disciples follow him. He reaches Dwarkamayi where Sai plays bansuri and signs along him. Ganpath emotionally kneels down. Sai hugs him.
