Suwarna Bai tries to hire Jhipri’s basti women for doing work. Few women agree, Suwarna gives money. She asks Champa’s mother if she will work. Champa says she don’t have time. Suwarna walks out. Champa’s mum tells villagers that Suwarna Bai will make Shirdi dirty and says she will take money from your husbands and sons. Bhama gives charity to Sai. Sai asks about her health. Bhama says she is fine since you gave Vibhuti. Jhipri asks Madhav why there is veena in Devi Saraswati’s hands. Madhav says she is Devi of sangeet and knowledge. Jhipri says then why did Champa’s mother beaten up. Sai hears her and says this is right and wrong. He says God gives talent and it is upto us how we use it. Old woman tells Bayaza that her husband is getting money to see tamasha. All women of the village are worried. Bayaza tells Appa about woman worry. Appa says I will talk to her, we shall know until when she stays here. He goes with Mhalsapati and asks for how many days, they will stay in Shirdi. Guna says we haven’t thought. Suwarna Bai comes out and says if we thought to stay for more days, then what you will do. She says Kulkarni is with us. Mhalsapati says Sai stays here, it is a sacred place and says jagran, keertan happens here. Suwarna says that bairagi. Appa says kids are listening to some bad things. Suwarna Bai says she will go once she gets her losses covered. She says people come to me with their wish and asks them to stop her if they can.
Appa and Mhalsapati go. Suwarna says Sai is influential in Shirdi, he is very clever. Later Guna ji sees Suwarna applying haldi to her feet and says basti women came to meet you. Suwarna asks him to call them in. Champa’s mother comes there with other villagers and returns her clothes and money. She says she is Champa’s mother and asks how can you teach such cheap song to her. Guna ji says she is talented we will teach her other song. Champa’s mother tells that she will not come here as she has promised infront of Sai. Suwarna gets angry on Sai, lets see who wins.
Bayaza tells Sai that situation is getting worse and tells that villager men gave sarees and cow’s milk to Suwarna, so that she can take bath. Sai asks her to have patience and says it is her test too. Suwarna comes there and asks Sai why he is trying to fail her. Sai says he don’t have anyone to lose. Suwarna says she will dance on ekadashi night, when Sai do keertan in maruti man. She says lets see what is bigger bhakti or bhog. Bayaza looks on. Sai smiles.
