Sai says to Sadashiv, your child will wait for you when you come out of prison. Mira says I didn’t tell this news to anyone how did you find out. Sai asks Sadashiv what is ge thinking. Sadashiv says I am confused what to feel, Mira needs me now but I am leaving her alone. Sai says have patience and faith, we will take care of your child and keep in mind don’t leave this path you have chosen. Sadashiv says I will pay for my mistakes and come back and with Sai’s blessings be a man my wife and child will be proud of.
Sai blesses Sadashiv.
Sai addresses everyone says greed has no end, it ends humanity and greedy person is enemy of society, greed kills you it just looks at temporary benefits and doesn’t focus at the consequences that may arise due to greed.

Sai cooking in Dwarka Mai, he makes modaks.
Poor couple reach near temple and take blessings, his father says because of this boy we were thrown out of all villages, we need blessings. Mother prays, we are tired of running away, please help us find a home their and bless my child. Boy sees modak in temple, he walks inside and tries to eat one both the cloth on his hand catches fire. Villagers passing by boy throws clothes, they put off the fire and scold him. His father says please forgive he is a kid, they make fun of him and says he doesn’t look like a kid and why are his hands tied. His father says nothing all good. Villagers leave, his father gets angry and scolds his mother for spoiling kid. His mother says please release his hands or else people will get suspicious.
He releases his hand and walks in Shirdi.
Sai packs modak’s and leaves. Undrya (the boy) hears Sai play flute and rushes towards him. Sai hands him flute. His father scolds him and says leave the flute. Sai says let him have it, father says he can’t play too. Sai says there is always first time let him try. Undrya tries to play flute and after few trials plays flute. Sai says keep trying and you will learn better, his father forces him to give flute back to Sai. Sai says Undrya wait and hands him modak. Undrya very happy, Sai says you wanted right, have it these are all yours and next time you feel like having come to me no need to take it from temple. Gauri his Aai asks how do you know. His father says we are late lets go. Sai gives him direction and says you will find what you are looking for and leaves.
Undrya and his family go as per Sai’s direction and they see few people building tents, Undrya’s father helps a man and then asks why are you comstructing tents here. He says we are labour here for mill construction, Man says sure join us we, build your house and start working. Undrya’s father decides to build house in corner away frkmye everyone. Undrya wants to play with kids but his father scolds him and says no one should learn about Undrya or else they will throw us out of here.
Patil, Machapati arrive at construction location.
Contractor tells Balvant that labour are here. Tejasvi gives Balvant a letter. Balvant reads and says in 2 days we will have Bhumi Poojan and also there will be a big party and then we can start construction. Tejasvi gets excited about party. Balvant says I can only give you this responsibility, I trust only you. Tejasvi says there are so many servants why me. Balvant says I can’t trust them on this. Tejasvi says don’t worry, I will manage. Tejasvi thinks I will make Savari do all the hard work and trouble her.
Malchapati says to Patil, how will they manage with new people, Sai asks what is the issue. Malchapati says wr are worried they don’t ruin our peace. Sai says I wanted to discuss on same, you want this to stop right come with me.
