A small kid troubling his mother and grandmother while they try to feed him and his grandfather laughs seeing his grandchild.
Soon the old grandfather realises it’s no longer the reality. Someone knocks the door, he checks there is a woman who comes to sell flowers. He says to her I don’t do pooja and don’t need them why do you keep coming. She says but your wife, son and daughter in law always bought flowers from me. He says they no longer here please leave and closes the door. Someone knocks door again, he gets angry and opens door and sees Sai.
Sai says to him Shishupal today is Rangpanchami, your wife always did pooja today and for her you should perform pooja. Shishupal asks who are you, Sai says I am fakhir. Shishupal says you won’t get any bhiksha here. Sai says
(Shishupal remembers walking to his son Lokesh who is upset with him for not spending time with him and missing his birthday. Shishupal says to Lokesh, he couldn’t come because he was buying him special gift and gifts him chess and says we will play this together. Lokesh says I will learn and defeat you.
Lokesh and Shishupal start playing chess together)
Shishupal gets emotional seeing chess board and hugs it. Sai says to him, you always defeated your son, why not play a game with me today?
(Shishupal remembers his son getting angry, burning the chess board and says I am breaking all ties with you and leaving with my family.
Shishupal tries to explain Lokesh that he isn’t at fault. Lokesh says you are never around your family and only give your work importance)
Sai says to Shishupal, if you want answers to all your questions you have to come with me. Shishupal says to Sai, I don’t want to disrespect you but I don’t want to go anywhere. Sai says then return the chess board. Shishupal doesn’t return it. Sai says this means you still have hope for that hope come with me, lets do a thing if you win you can have this and if I win you will have to come with me and I can answer your questions while we play.
At Patil’s house, Patil sees everyone worried for him and says Sai said I will be fine you all shouldn’t worry so much. Malchapati asks when will Sai return?
Kulkarni shouts from outside never. Everyone walks out. Kulkarni says I saw your Fakir running away yesterday from Shirdi saying he doesn’t have any cure to Appa Patil’s illness. Baizmaa says to him, stop lying. Kulkarni says his black magic didn’t work and so he ran away but I have cure or else take him to hospital in Nagar. Malchapati says Sai is God for us and we have full faith. Kulkarni says then why did he runaway and hasn’t cured Patil yet, let me tell you its because Patil is diagnosed with Pneumonia and I can cure him, here take this medicine, if you don’t Patil may die. Baizmaa says enough, thank you for your help but I have full faith in my son and I know he will return with cure. Kulkarni says when will Sai return after Patil’s death.
Sai and Shishupal start playing chess. Sai explains every player in this game has characteristics but they think they are bided by rules just like we humans think. Shishupal says because thats the reality, mistakes are done by someone else and someone else has to face the consequences. Sai asks him are you happy with your life.
Baizmaa says to Kulkarni before sunset Sai will be back with cure, Kulkarni says what if he doesn’t, Baizmaa says I will do whatever you say. Kulkarni says lets see if your trust wins and if Sai returns after sunset, Baizmaa will asks Sai to leave Shirdi. Villagers oppose this condition. Baizmaa says I accept this, because I have full faith in Sai, if Sai has told me he will retun he will. Kulkarni thinks I will make sure Sai doesn’t enter the village and then Baizmaa will have to throw him out.
Sai tells Shishupal that life is all about Karma Chakra like in this chess game, every move has a consequence and so instead of thinking who has done what, we have to focus on our work. Sai check mates Shishupal. Shishupal says but at times situation is not in our hands. Sai says in such conditions you have to keep trying and make few changes in our life. Shishupal turns the table and check mates Sai back, Sai says like here you tried and found your way, similarly you have to do in your life.
Pre cap: Sai walks in Dwarka Mai and asks Shishupal to keep his hand on Patil’s head. Shishupal does so and Patil gains consciousness. Baizmaa asks Sai what is this connection?
