Chihu’s friend Vrinda meets her again once Kulkarni goes out on business and asks how did her husband die. Chihu say sit is a long story and asks how is she. Vrinda says she is leading a happy life, has a bigger mansion than this one and has 2 young children who are with their grandparents now; asks about Chihu’s children. Chihu says she has one son and shows Govinda, asks him to come. Govinda eating food from Rukmini’s hands says he will not come until he finishes food. She insists. He comes and touches friend’s feet and in a rude way asks if he can go and have food now. Pihu feels embarrassed. Vrinda asks Chihu if Rumini vahini is bringing up Govinda, she should be alert now and not leave her lonely son to others, else she will be alone in the future.
Sai asks 3 friends to cut vegetables and help him prepare food. They do so and help him in cooking. Champa and Lakshmi meet him, and he asks them to get silver, brass, copper, iron, banana leaf, etc. plates. They bring plates and as per Sai’s orders arrange them in a sequence. Three friends finish preparing food. Sai asks friends to come and stand in a que, run and pick one plate and whichever plate they pick, they will be served food in same plate. Two friends look at silver plate and think only they will get it. They all run towards plate, one picks brass one, other 2 fight for silver ones and finally giving up other picks iron metal plate. Sai asks them to come and sit with their thalis while he serves food. They sit excitedly, and Sai serves food and ladoos to all 3.
Vrinda says she will leave now and invites Chihu to her house tomorrow. Chihu says she cannot come. Vrinda says she can come as Kulkarni dada is not at home and she will pick her tomorrow. Chihu thinks she has not gone out of house since her husband’s death, how can she now.
All 3 friends eat food happily distributing food and snatching sweets like their childhood days and tells Sai they are feeling very happy after a long time, what is the reason. Sai says their motto is to eat food, value of plate should not matter; similarly they will get different plates in life in the form of job, relatives, friends, etc., so they have to give time for their friends and dear selflessly ones to keep themselves happy. They ask they had food together even at a friend’s wedding, but did not feel such happiness. Sai says they were evaluating who got howmuch wealth and were materialistic in friend’s wedding, but here they were themselves and enjoy quality time with their childhood friends, so they felt happiness; they should find time regularly to meet their friends often.
Precap: Vrinda forcefully takes Chihu out of house. Chihu says she has not stepped out of house since 9 years. Vrinda says she has alredy. Sai passes by smiling.
