Upasana after getting Dashrath treated tells Sindhu that she will leave now. Sindhu says tghis is her house. Upasana says she doesn’t want to increase baba’s trouble and walks away looking at Dashrath. Dashrath feels guilty and sheds tears. Kulkarni with his servants reaches outside Dashrath’s house and asks Upasana where is her brother. Upasana says he has gone out. Kulkarni says he will collect his money from Dashrath. Upasana pleads that she will repay his loan as her father got paralytic attack. Kulkarni says all his debtors get paralysis after borrowing money, its 50 rs and not 1-2 rs. Upasana pleads tghat she will repay him somehow and not to disturb her father. Santa warns Upasana to move aside and tries to slap him, but himself gets injured instead. He yells that this girl did black magic. Kulkarni says this girl didn’t do anything, Sai has come. He turns and sees Sai coming.
Sai walks to Kulkarni and asks to trust Upasana as she is promising to repay him. Kulkarni warns to stay out of it, how will Upasana pay loan, he will takeover Dashrath’s house. Sai says he is mukhiya of Shirdi and should be lenient. Sai says where there is a will, there is a way, he should give her some time. Tatya also joins and says Kulkarni should give Upasana some time and he cannot snatch her house just like that. Kulkarni says its a question of 50 rs and if Upasana can pay 10 rs by tomorrow, he can think of sparing her some time. Sai agrees, and Kulkarni leaves. Upasana asks how will she arrange 10 rs by tomorrow evening. Sai asks to trust god and continue preparing godadi whenever she finds time.
At night, Upasana gets engrasped in thought while sewing godadi. Rambha sees her and asks Baizamaa if they can help Upasana by lending her money. Baizamaa says there is no need for that. Upasana pricks needle by mistake. Baizamaa rushes to her. Upasana asks how will she arrange 10 rs by tomorrow evening. Baizamaa says she should trust Sai and when is saying that, she need not worry.
Next morning, Rao Saheb Sathi reaches Dharamshala and gets happy seeing Megha serving people. He reminisces Megha hating low caste people before and now mingling with them, calls him and says Sai’s blessings are working on him. Megha says he is lucky to have 2 gurus. Rao Saheb says its all Sai’s wish and he brought Megha here. Sai walks in saying whatever happens, god does, he didn’t do anything. Rao Saheb emotionally greets him. Sai says let us establish Shivling and establishes it. Everyone rejoice. Meghna performs pooja and serves aarti to everyone. After pooja, Rao Saheb tells Sai that his disciples are all around the world and visit him regularly, this Dharamshala is very small, so he wants to build another one for him. Sai agrees. Rao Saheb says he will buy land and start constructing it. Sai agrees. Rao Saheb says its wintertime and he wants to distribute blankets among poor, asks Tatya where can he get quality blankets. Baizamaa says her house and asks Sai if she is right. Sai says mother cannot be wrong and asks Rao Saheb to accompany Baizamaa to her house.
Precap: A man requests Sai to visit his house. Sai visits and asks charity, sees vine and saying its beautiful deroots it. Man’s mother cries why did he do that as vein was their means of living.
