The episode starts with Shagun working in the office. Mr. Bhalla is talking in the phone…
Mr. Bhalla: what…? How can that be happen?
Shagun hears that. Nd came near him.
Mr. Bhalla: see, I ve appointed u, so that u could convince them nd solve the problem… but u seem to be useless…!!! ……….. now no more discussions, I need them to be convinced. I don’t know what u will do.
He ends the call.
Shagun: what happened, Papa?
Mr. Bhalla: it’s nothing jst a small one. U go nd manage work.
Shagun: come on, Papa… jst say me. I’ll help u, if I can.
Mr. Bhalla: u don’t abt it Shagun.
Shagun: Papa, trust me. Plz, what’s the problem?
Mr. Bhalla: actually, one company had a contract with us, they said they would give us partnership if we complete the contract nd make them profit… but now, when we had completed it nd they gained profit, they r refusing to make partnership. We ve invested our company money for that. Now we r asking for our money to give back… they r ignoring.

Meanwhile in LONDON… aakash gave a presentation.. which was liked by everyone. While the clients went over a discussion, aakash called Shagun… but she doesn’t pick. He tried to her once more… she cuts his call.
Aakash: what happened to her..? Is everything alright??!!!
He puts a msg to call him immediately… but no response. He waited.
Shagun, in INDIA, went to the company.
Shagun: I want to meet ur boss!
Receptionist: but mam… he’s in a meeting. It takes 15 mins to complete.
Shagun: OK… I’ll wait. But ask him to do it fast.
Aftr 15 mins… Shagun was called in. She went inside but finds no one in the cabin. She went back to the receptionist nd asked.
Shagun: there’s no one in the cabin.. where’s ur boss… ran away…?

She hears a voice frm back. She turned to find a man in black suit standing.
Shagun: so, it’s u…!!!??
Man: hi, I’m Abhishek.
Shagun: Shagun. (They both hand Shaked)
Abhishek: so would u mind coming to my cabin nd talk..?
They went into the cabin.
Abhishek: so? U came frm Bhalla industries right..?
Shagun: ha. Nd I came to get our rights back. How could u cheat us like that..? See, we ve given all our money to make u guys profit nd in return what did we get… loss, a big LOSS nd we were betrayed by u. We jst want our money back.

Shagun: I ve proof… we didn’t get ur investment. So we had put our money. Here r the bank papers…!!!
She gave him those papers. He looked at them nd asked his account to check.
Accounant: sir.. what madam is saying is right? Our investment got cancelled, Nd it was safe with us. They had put their money sir.
Abhishek: what…?????
Accountant: yes sir… it was our mistake. So we need to pay them.
Shagun smiles????.
Abhishek checked again: I’m so sorry Ms. Shagun… I’ll…I’ll pay now itself.
Shagun: check ur mistake before u point on others.

He signed on the cheque, nd gave it to Shagun.
Shagun: don’t repeat it again.
Abhishek smiles: of course madam. Apologize to Mr. Bhalla on my behalf.

She took the cheque nd came out frm his cabin. She jumps in joy. She gets into the car nd the driver is taking her to office.
Shagun: if Papa knows this he will hug me nd say “I’m proud of u, my Shagun…!!!”. Nd if akhi knows… he will … how he’ll react…? Wait I’ll call him.
She calls him. He picks it.
Aakash: Shagun… u saw the msg now…??!! Y aren’t u picking my calls? I ve been trying since much time. I thought it’s something serious.
Shagun: arey akhi…. yeah, it’s something serious.
Aakash: y, what happened?
Shagun: guess what… I ve joined office.
Aakash: what… u r joking?
Shagun: I said u I’m serious. I really joined office. Nd u know what….
She narrated him the whole story.
Aakash: ??? what… u talked with that Abhishek nd took the cheque…? U ve done gud to him.
Shagun: ha akhi… I was going to office now. See u should be proud of ur girlfriend…!!!

They end the call. Shagun went to office nd said everything to her dad. He was so much proud nd gave her 10,000/- as a gift. She felt happy.

Raman in the office working in his laptop, vidyuth came to him nd gave the file to him.
Raman: what is this…?
Vidyuth: it’s the file which u ve send it to the clients.
Raman: then what is this doing here? It sold be with them…?
Vidyuth: that is what I’m asking Raman. I found this in the reception.
Raman: what do I know abt that. I ve given this to Mr. Charles to give it the clients…. Mr. Charles….??!!! ….. Mr. Charles…..!!!!! (He came running ) Mr. Charles, y didn’t u send the file to clients?
Charles: sir, I ve send it to them.
Raman: then what is this, doing here???
He gave the file to him… Charles took it nd checked.
Charles: sir I think, I ve send them another file. I’m sry sir… I’ll now go nd give.
Vidyuth: Mr. Charles, how could u be so irresponsible?
Raman: yaar, it’s OK. Mr. Charles, do it fast… or else we may lose.
He went away.
Raman: anyways, vidyuth… I’ll leave to ishu ‘s college yaar. Now she must be coming out writing her final exam.

He starts blaming himself…. ishu looks at him.
