The Episode starts with Sarla apologizing to Shanti. Shanti says you are dead for me, and leaves. Sarla cries. Shanti thinks Kaushalya and Riya will laugh on me, they did not tell me anything, now they would be laughing. She gets sad. Kaushalya prays that Shanti is fine. Riya says I wish Shanti does not visit Sarla. Kaushalya asks why, what happened. Riya says nothing, I m just thinking. She calls Rani and asks why were you not answering. Rani says big thing happened here. Riya asks what happened.
Sarla takes phone and scolds Riya. Riya says sorry, I called to ask did Dadi come there. Sarla says yes, she came and went, she is my mum, can’t she come, do you have any problem. She ends call and scolds Rani. Riya says Sarla said Dadi came there and left, I felt something went wrong there.
Kaushalya says I was hiding this big thing and was worried, and here Radha has danced. Riya says not Radha, Nirmala, how did you know. Kaushalya says I took tiffin to Sarla’s house, and was shocked hearing truth, Nirmala was scolding Sarla, how did Ashok do this. Riya says no, its not Ashok’s mistake, he married Nirmala as he was forced to marry. Kaushalya asks how can someone force him to marry. Riya says Sarla has sold her husband to Nirmala for money. Kaushalya and Nimmi get shocked.
Riya says we will go and see Shanti, I knew this truth, its big thing, don’t know how is Shanti after knowing this. Kaushalya says no, she will be ashamed seeing us. Shanti walks on the road and cries. Sarla cries and is worried. Ashok scolds Sarla and tells her that you will reap what you sow, what will happen if you regret now, Amit has learnt all this from you, see Kaushalya and her son Shivam, Shivam is such a nice and matured guy. She asks him to save her relations. Ashok says I can’t see the girl who married me by going against her mum, I see just a greedy and selfish woman, who does not care for anyone, I see you as a poor woman today. Riya says we will just go once and see if Shanti is fine.
Shanti comes home. They all look at her. Kaushalya asks Shanti how is she. Shanti asks her not to show fake concern, did Riya not tell you about Sarla. Kaushalya says no, Riya did not tell me, I just got to know it. Shanti asks why did you not tell me, you would be having fun and laughed at me, no one told me, divorce also happened. They get shocked. Kaushalya says I did not know of divorce. Shanti asks how did you hide about Ashok’s remarriage. Kaushalya asks how could I say, there was much tension at home, you also went to tirat yatra. Shanti says everyone knew this, just I was blind. She cries and feels unwell. She recalls Sarla and entire incident. She falls down.
Kaushalya and Riya ask what happened. Nimmi looks on and smiles, saying don’t worry, Dadi is acting, she does not want us to laugh. Shanti says Raghav, I will die. Kaushalya scolds Nimmi. Riya says Shanti is not well, her hand is getting cold. She calls Shivam. Shivam comes. Riya asks Shivam to call doctor, Dadi fainted. Shivam calls doctor and asks him to come home to see Dadi, she fainted. Doctor says its protests and strike outside on road, and I can’t come. Shivam tells Riya that doctor can’t come. Riya asks him to try again. Nimmi worries as Shanti is not getting up. Kaushalya cries and says something happened to her. Shivam says I will take Shanti. Shivam calls doctor again.
Preeti is on the way and a man goes to tease her. Nandu comes and the man leaves. Nandu asks where did you go, house did not get auctioned. She asks what shall I do, is that house on my name. He says I m with you. She taunts him and asks him not to try to become her husband. He says I m your husband. She says just for world, I wish I get rid of you. He says I pray that you are my wife for next seven births, lets see Lord hears you or me. A man offers lift to Preeti. Nandu says her husband is with her. She gets scared and holds Nandu. Nandu tells Preeti that afterall, husband has helped her. She leaves.
Nimmi goes out to find rickshaw. Kaushalya cries and says its happening because of Sarla, she made Ashok remarry and Shanti got this shock. Riya checks Shanti’s pulse and asks Shivam to call doctor fast. Nimmi comes and says I did not find any rickshaw. Shivam tries to call doctor. They all worry.

Doctor says Shanti is serious, her pulse rate is very low, she got heart attack. They all get shocked and cry seeing Shanti.
