The Episode starts with Balwant attacking Megha, causing her to lose consciousness. Arjun, enraged by the attack, demands why Balwant involved Megha in their fight and beats him up. Megha regains partial consciousness and assumes Arjun still loves her. She notices Arjun’s phone nearby and remembers how he used it to mimic police siren sounds. She presses the button, triggering the siren. The sound frightens everyone, prompting them to flee. Arjun rushes to Megha, asking if she can hear him. He carries her away as the Phir Chala song plays in the background.
At the hospital, Arjun admits Megha. The doctor insists that Arjun file a police complaint first, but Arjun orders immediate treatment, revealing his identity as a police officer. When asked about their relationship, Arjun claims
Dr. Sudha advises Arjun to get treated and wait outside. Arjun, holding his stomach in pain, notices a photo of Waheguru and recalls how Megha pleaded with Balwant for his safety. Dr. Sudha informs Arjun that Megha is stable.
Arjun meets Megha. She asks if he’s okay. Arjun assures her that both she and the baby are safe. Megha expresses confidence in Arjun’s protection, saying he always shields her from problems. Arjun responds that no one else has the right to torment her—only he does. Megha is stunned by his remark.
Arjun asserts that their story isn’t over, as he needs to avenge KP’s death. He clarifies that saving Megha wasn’t out of love. As he stands up, he collapses, clutching his stomach. Megha calls the doctor, who treats Arjun. The doctor advises Megha to rest in her room, and she prays to God for Arjun’s protection.
A girl takes Arjun away. Megha wakes up, and Shagun asks about Arjun. Megha insists he was in his room, but Navjot reveals that Arjun is missing. Megha rushes to his room, and Navjot accuses Megha’s family of kidnapping him. Sikandar scolds the doctor, while Megha tries calling Arjun, only to find his phone switched off. Navjot sarcastically remarks that only Megha is smart, leaving Megha wondering about Arjun’s whereabouts. Navjot later instructs Sikandar to monitor Megha, determined to defeat her. Megha suspects Navjot’s involvement. The girl takes Arjun to an unknown location and pulls out a knife.
