The Episode starts with Megha and Priya trying to get help for the babies. Arjun comes there and asks is anyone there. Megha hears Arjun’s voice and cries. Arjun helps the nurse and gives her water. Megha thinks I knew it, Arjun will come to save me like always. He goes to check. He sees Megha there and calls her out. Megha and Arjun see each other. He asks her to come fast. Megha asks Muskaan to take her baby and go out first. She says Arjun has come, he won’t let anything happen to anyone. He says I m so proud of you, Megha, baby is fine. He helps Muskaan and her baby. Megha says I have to bring these babies out. Arjun says pass them to me, I will help. She passes the babies one by one.
Arjun asks Megha to be careful and come to him quickly. Megha tries hard to reach Arjun. He holds her hand and pulls her. They hear a baby crying. Arjun says you come up, I will get the baby, come. Megha says no, I can’t leave the baby. She leaves his hand and goes to find the baby. A explosion occurs. Arjun falls down. He climbs up and looks inside. He calls out Megha. He sees the fire in the ward. He sends Muskaan and Priya with the babies. He asks where are you, Megha…. The fire guards come and ask Arjun to leave. Arjun says my wife is pregnant, she is inhaling toxic smoke, I can’t leave her here. He cries and says let me go. Talwar comes there and says they are trained to save people, its your choice. Arjun asks them to go inside fast. Megha looks for the baby. She takes the baby from the cradle. She falls. Arjun asks Megha not to lose courage. The man says we should go quickly, there are oxygen cylinders inside, it can blast. Arjun says I have made a choice, Megha is inside, sorry, dad, I have to go. He rushes inside. He throws a whistle towards Megha. He falls there. Megha gets the whistle and uses it. Arjun opens his eyes and sees Megha. He gets up. A huge roof slab falls in between them. He ties the baby to his back. He lifts Megha and brings her out of the fire. He says Megha, nothing will happen to you and baby. Megha gets treated in the hospital. Arjun and Shagun meet her. Megha wakes up and sees them. She asks about the baby. Arjun says we will talk later.
