The Episode starts with Megha locking her family in a room. She tells them to reflect on their mistakes and seek Kabir’s forgiveness. Sadanand pleads, but Megha says they deserve it and leaves.
Kabir confronts Manoj for betraying Megha—the girl who once saved his mother. Manoj tries to guilt him, saying Kabir needs money for treatment. Kabir refuses to betray Megha. Manoj hints he knows something about her that might change Kabir’s mind.
Megha meets Kabir and apologizes for blaming him. She says he should marry Jasleen and promises not to question him again. A flashback shows Jasleen threatening suicide if Kabir learns her family’s truth. Megha snatches the poison bottle and lets her out of the room.
As they leave in a taxi, Kabir asks if Megha wants to say more. She says no, but he recalls Manoj’s words about her secret.
Manoj later tries to talk to Megha, calling her Manu, saying he’ll be leaving soon. She tells him she only needs her mother’s blessings. Kabir overhears it all. Manoj tells Kabir Megha must leave in 24 hours.
At home, Manoj voices distrust for Jasleen. Trilochan dismisses him, but Manoj threatens to replace her with two girls if she fails. Kavita reminds them the real issue is Megha. Manoj reveals he’s her father.
Kabir asks Megha to help with his jacket. She tells him to go to Jasleen. He accuses her of jealousy. Megha glares at her reflection, determined to prove her worth.
Later, under a shooting star, Megha and Kabir make wishes. He helps her when she stumbles. Jasleen sees them together.
