The Episode starts with Heer calling Megha to ask if she’s with Kabir. Megha replies that she isn’t and shares that she admitted the woman from their past to the hospital. Heer asks if she’s sure it’s really her. Megha says she is, and she wants to apologize to the woman’s son. Heer reminds her that someone died because of that incident and forgiveness won’t come easy. Megha insists she won’t let this chance slip away. Heer points out that Megha was just eight back then, so it wasn’t her fault. But Megha can’t forget how that boy held her responsible—she’s been carrying the guilt for years. Heer warns her that digging up the past might ruin her future. Megha, however, is determined to apologize and ends the call.
Megha goes to the woman’s hospital room. When she sees a familiar bracelet, her memories rush back—then she’s stunned to find Kabir holding it. He turns and spots Megha. She realizes Kabir lost his father because of her. Kabir questions if she followed him, saying it’s a private matter and he won’t tell anyone. Just then, the doctor arrives and tells Kabir that Megha was the one who saved his mother. Kabir leaves silently.
Moments later, Kabir returns and unexpectedly hugs Megha, thanking her for saving his mom. Megha tries to speak about the past, but before she can, his mother’s health suddenly declines. The doctor rushes in and starts treatment. Kabir panics, but the doctor later confirms she’s stable now. Kabir holds her hand and breaks down, asking why she left him in that state. Megha watches, overwhelmed by memories of her own mother, and breaks into tears.
Later at home, Heer asks Megha what happened. Megha says she only has Heer now—and Kabir has no one except his mother, because of what happened back then. Heer says they can’t change the past and asks if Megha told Kabir the truth. Megha says she tried but couldn’t. She wants to speak to him when he returns. Heer reminds her that Manoj is also involved, but Megha says she has to talk to Kabir herself.
Meanwhile at the hospital, Kabir reflects on what the doctor said and starts seeing Megha in a new light—someone kind and genuine. Megha calls him, saying she needs to meet and confess something important. Kabir agrees and asks if she’s okay. Megha says she isn’t and wants to clear things up. She checks on his mother, and Kabir assures her she’s doing better. He shares the meeting location.
Megha’s family overhears the call. Jasleen scolds her, while others urge her not to ruin everything. Megha stays firm—she wants to tell the truth and let Kabir decide whether he can forgive or not.
