The episode begins with Manoj questioning how Arjun can be alive when he himself killed him. Arjun replies that he will return as both Arjun and Kabir, then tries to kill Manoj. Manoj screams and wakes up from the nightmare. His parents and Trilochan rush in. Trilochan slaps him awake. Still paranoid, Manoj demands to know where Kabir’s room is. He storms in, drags Kabir out of bed, and takes him to the godown, accusing him of being Arjun. Kabir denies it, confused and frustrated. Manoj beats him, but Kabir walks off, refusing to play along. Sadanand warns Manoj not to ruin their plan. Trilochan apologizes to Kabir, who sarcastically says he’s just an artist getting beaten up in a stranger’s drama. Manoj demands Kabir leave immediately. Kabir fires back, saying the feeling is mutual, and leaves.
The next morning, Megha wakes up thinking of how Kabir supported her. Kabir greets her with a song. She returns the good morning and jokes about his oddly flawless face. Kabir lies, saying he used makeup to cover pimples, making her laugh. Kabir stares at her lovingly as she tells Heer she has to go to the NGO.
Meanwhile, Kabir’s mother goes missing from the hospital. Kabir scolds the nurse and starts searching for her. On the road, Megha sees the woman get hit in an accident. She rushes her to the hospital, desperately urging her to stay awake.
Back at home, everyone looks for Kabir. Trilochan blames Manoj, while Heer assumes Kabir went out with Megha. Manoj, meanwhile, smugly says Kabir will ruin Megha’s life, and he’s looking forward to the chaos.
At the hospital, the doctor says they need A+ blood for Kabir’s mother. Megha volunteers, revealing her matching blood group. Kabir arrives just as the nurse tells him everything. He goes in to see his mother while Megha watches quietly, noticing her bracelet on the floor.
