The Episode starts with Alka arriving at the Nepal border camp. Arjun and Megha find her there. Arjun asks why she came, and Megha questions why Alka didn’t show up at their planned meeting spot. The officer asks Alka for documents. She says she doesn’t have any and shares that her baby has been vomiting blood since morning. Arjun and Megha are stunned. Arjun realizes it’s a medical camp. The officer asks for the baby’s medical history. Megha takes the baby and claims it’s hers, remembering what the doctor said about the bone marrow transplant.
Alka explains she was on her way to meet them but diverted to the camp after the baby fell ill. Arjun tells Megha that fate brought them back to Bandipur. He reminds her that only Manoj’s bone marrow can save the baby, but the surgery must wait until the baby turns eight. Alka is shocked and asks if they have to stay in Bandipur that long. Megha breaks down. Arjun comforts her as the officer urges them to take the baby to the doctor.
Manoj learns they’re at the medical camp. He later plays with the baby. Alka tells him about the vomiting and the doctor visit. She adds that Arjun and Megha were there too.
Megha tells Manoj their conflicts shouldn’t affect the child. She asks him to put aside their differences and help save the baby. Arjun agrees, saying the baby needs treatment. Megha suggests they all raise the baby together for the next eight years. Manoj agrees but says since Alka is his wife, Arjun must leave. Arjun is ready to go for the baby’s sake. Megha refuses to let him leave.
Manoj then says Arjun should go to KP, where his punishment is death, and Megha will carry it out. Megha is shocked. She questions his sanity, and Manoj reminds her that she once refused to feed the baby for Arjun’s sake. He claims they can’t be good parents if Arjun stays alive and walks away.
Megha tells Arjun they should run away. Arjun refuses, looking at the baby. Megha insists they must plan something. She hugs him and says they won’t lose or be separated. Arjun reminds her that the baby needs Manoj to live. Later, Manoj orders Megha to hang Arjun.
