The Episode starts with Manoj telling Alka he can never become a father, and he won’t let her conceive another man’s child either. He reminds her that this baby is her last hope, the one who will call her “mother.” Manoj warns that if she helps Arjun and Megha escape, a wall will form between them forever. He asks her to choose—baby or wall. Just then, they hear the baby crying. Manoj orders Alka to give the baby to Megha, but Alka insists she can manage. Manoj smirks and tells her to prove it.
Megha hears the baby crying too and tells Arjun about it. Arjun reminds her it’s just a baby, not Choti. He fears if Manoj finds out the truth, everything will be ruined. Megha demands to know why Manoj is troubling the baby, and Arjun points out that babies need their mothers
Alka picks up the baby and soothes her. Manoj steps in again and tells Alka to hand over the baby to Megha. Alka carries the baby over, and the moment Megha hugs her, the baby calms down. Arjun says that babies need their mothers, but Alka warns them that Manoj still doesn’t trust them. Arjun wraps the baby in Megha’s dupatta, and Megha quietly tells the baby they’ll escape soon. Arjun pleads with Alka to help them. Alka leaves with the baby, determined to manage on her own despite Manoj’s taunts.
The next morning, the town gathers, chanting in celebration. Manoj declares that his son will rule the world. The priest prepares for the baby’s “Doodh Snaan” ritual and asks everyone to close their eyes. Suddenly, the priest reveals the baby is a girl, not a boy. Manoj is stunned and questions how the doctor could have been wrong. Arjun calmly says the doctor isn’t God and confirms the truth. He asks Manoj to give them the baby so they can leave. Furious, Manoj threatens that if the baby isn’t a son, she’ll be killed.
It turns out Megha was dreaming. She wakes up in terror, and Alka rushes in with the baby. Megha tells Arjun about the nightmare. Arjun says they have to act now. He instructs Alka to talk to Manoj.
Alka speaks to Manoj, who then storms into Megha’s room. Arjun claims Megha can’t feed the baby due to indigestion and acidity. When Manoj asks what they want, Arjun cheekily says they need ice cream and suggests holding the ceremony in the evening. Manoj arranges for ice cream and leaves. Arjun then explains his plan—when the priests place the baby in the milk, they’ll create smoke, and in the chaos, they will escape.
Later, wrapped in shawls, Megha and Arjun slip out as the smoke fills the house. Manoj quickly realizes they are trying to escape and fumes with anger. At the same time, Alka reaches near the Nepal border with the baby, vowing to raise her as her own. Megha and Arjun wait but grow worried when Alka doesn’t show up. Spotting Manoj nearby, Megha starts doubting Alka. She wonders if Alka betrayed them out of her own longing for motherhood. Arjun, trying to stay calm, says something feels off. He reminds Megha that Alka knows she can’t hide the baby forever and points out that Alka knows of a safe camp near the border.
