The Episode starts with Alka returning to the room, only to find Megha’s letter. As she reads it, everything clicks—why Megha had insisted she change the baby’s diaper. Without wasting a second, Alka decides to put Megha’s plan into action. She steps out, just as Manoj tries to take the baby from her. Thinking fast, Alka lies that the baby had vomited and she didn’t have time to clean her properly, so there’s a smell. Manoj buys the excuse and dives back into the celebration.
Elsewhere, the tempo carrying Arjun comes to a sudden stop. Arjun grows anxious, but Megha believes maybe Alka found the letter and followed through with the plan, which could explain why Manoj might be trying to pull them back. Arjun clings to that hope while Megha sends a silent thank you to God. Their relief
Snapping back to the present, Arjun quickly realizes he’s being taken toward the Nepal border while Megha is heading toward India. He struggles to free himself. Megha, sensing danger, pleads with the driver to stop, her emotions raw as the song “Judaai” plays in the background.
Back at the temple, the priest asks Alka to prepare the baby for the milk bath ritual. As he unwraps the baby, his face falls. Something’s not right. He tells Manoj the ceremony can’t happen today. Manoj demands to know why. The priest explains that it looks like the baby hasn’t been fed properly—there are rash-like allergy marks. He hands the baby back to Alka. Alka quietly recalls Megha’s clever plan from the letter—to fake the marks and stall the ceremony.
Fuming, Manoj calls on the village women, offering a week’s free water to anyone who will br*astfeed his ‘hungry son.’ Alka silently prays no one steps forward. But one woman approaches, hesitant. Manoj orders her to feed his child. The woman resists, worried for her own baby. Still, Manoj pushes her, showing no mercy.
Later, Alka suggests to Manoj that maybe the baby isn’t drinking because she misses Megha. Moments later, Manoj’s men drag Megha back. Manoj taunts her for failing to take care of the baby and commands her to feed the child until the ritual is done.
But Megha stands her ground. Tears filling her eyes, she refuses to even touch the baby until Arjun is brought to her. Manoj mocks her resolve, but Megha doesn’t back down. She says the baby will endure hunger for Arjun’s sake.
The baby cries out, making Megha’s heart break, but she sticks to her vow. Watching the standoff, Alka warns Manoj he’s risking the baby’s life with his stubbornness. As tension mounts, Manoj’s men finally bring Arjun in. Hearing his voice, Megha rushes to her baby and immediately cradles and feeds her child, her heart aching yet relieved.
Meanwhile, Manoj, noticing a foul smell, decides to change the baby’s diaper himself. Alka senses trouble brewing and warns Megha and Arjun that Manoj might be up to something. Arjun reminds them their biggest shield right now is keeping the baby’s real gender hidden from Manoj.
Soon after, Manoj calls Alka aside, suspicion written all over his face. He questions her—did she know the truth about the baby all along? Alka pretends not to understand, but Manoj presses harder. Cornered and exhausted, Alka finally confesses: she knew the baby’s truth and helped Megha.
