The Episode starts with Manoj telling Megha what he did with Nupur. He recalls asking Nupur to give a kidney to him. Nupur says no, you cheated me, I married you and you are a cheat. He says you love me, right, give me your kidney. He hits her. He calls the doctor and takes Nupur for the kidney transplant. He says don’t try to run away after I faint, else I will not leave you. He says Nupur will die alone, that too without her kidney. Megha asks is Nupur alive, or did you kill her. Manoj says this is a surprise. Arjun comes to Megha’s room and knocks. Staff guy asks any problem. Arjun says she isn’t opening the door. The man says she didn’t come back. Arjun asks where did she go. He calls Megha. She says Arjun has always come to save me, he will come today also. He says he won’t come, Surinder has fallen down the terrace, he is in ICU. Megha is shocked.
He types this message for Arjun. Arjun asks what… Megha asks what happened to my dad, you are lying, right. Manoj says don’t worry, your house roof is low, but your dad is old, he would be hurt, he will get saved. Arjun worries and calls Ranjeeta. He says I just got to know about Surinder. She says he is in ICU. He says I understand, don’t worry. Ranjeeta says I will call you later. She asks doctor about Surinder. Doctor says he is better.
Megha goes to look for Nupur. Manoj catches her. He opens the secret chamber for her. He asks her to go and meet Nupur. He pushes Megha. Megha goes inside and sees Nupur in the ice box. Manoj says congrats, you cracked the secret. The man gives Megha’s scarf to Arjun. He says I got this while cleaning her room, you can give it to you. Arjun asks for a cab booking. The man says yes, it will come in half an hour. Manoj says I will deck you up, come. Arjun sees the ladies celebrating Karwachauth and misses Megha. He calls her. He sends an audio message to her.
