The Episode starts with Manoj disguising himself as a ward boy and questioning the ambulance driver, Nandu, about the situation. Nandu assures him that everything is fine. Manoj opens a box containing Megha and orders her to wake up. Megha retaliates by kicking Manoj and attempts to hit him with a bat. Manoj quickly overpowers her, snatches the bat, and handcuffs her. Declaring Megha as the mother of his baby, Manoj warns her not to act smart. Megha defiantly vows never to give up her baby. Her screams for help are futile as Manoj points out that the ambulance is soundproof and opaque. He takes the driver’s seat and begins driving. When Manoj asks about the next steps, Nandu confidently assures him that all plans are in place.
Arjun, suspicious of the ambulance’s erratic movements, follows closely. Manoj notices Arjun’s car and alerts Nandu, who dismisses the threat. Manoj warns him not to underestimate Arjun. Inside the ambulance, Megha desperately tries to break free from the handcuffs. Spotting the fake ambulance, Arjun becomes certain something is amiss and blocks its path with his car. Manoj quickly realizes Arjun’s suspicion and instructs Nandu to handle him. Nandu steps out, attempting to mislead Arjun.
Megha senses the halt and taunts Manoj, convinced that Arjun has come to save her. She laughs, predicting the end of Manoj’s game. Her attempt to scream for help is thwarted when Manoj forcefully covers her mouth. Meanwhile, Arjun demands Nandu to open the back door. Nandu feigns ignorance, claiming he is transporting a patient. Arjun points out that the word “Ambulance” is incorrectly displayed, furthering his doubts. Nandu insists he is a private operator and denies having a partner. Frustrated, Arjun draws his gun.
Sikandar calls Arjun, disguising his voice and falsely claims to have seen Manoj in a nearby village. Arjun hesitates, momentarily distracted. Inside the ambulance, Megha manages to overpower Manoj, making him unconscious. She escapes, rushing out. Arjun is relieved to see Megha and charges at Manoj and Nandu. During the scuffle, Manoj shoots Arjun, leaving Megha horrified. Manoj drags Megha away, taking her with him.
At the hospital, Arjun refuses surgery despite his critical condition. Mukta pleads with him to accept treatment. The doctor administers an injection, causing Arjun to lose consciousness.
Manoj, meanwhile, switches vehicles to evade capture. He ties Megha’s hands, but she fights back, biting him in anger. Manoj reminds Megha that she is alive only because of his baby. Megha retorts, asserting the baby belongs to her and Arjun. Confidently, she claims Arjun will come to rescue her. Manoj smugly informs her that he shot Arjun twice. To prove his point, Manoj video calls Sikandar, who shows Megha the unconscious Arjun. Distressed, Megha fears for Arjun’s life. Manoj smugly states that it’s time to switch cars.
