The Episode starts with a Kinnar teasing Manoj, urging him not to be stingy and to give them money. She playfully questions whether the baby belongs to their community or if it’s a girl. Manoj, annoyed, insists he hasn’t said anything wrong and points out that they’re free to say what they want. He confidently claims his wife will give birth to a son and promises to let them know when it happens. The Kinnar responds by saying they’ve already heard some news. Manoj challenges them to check his house if they don’t believe him. Arjun and Megha overhear the entire exchange. Arjun begins taking down the balloon decorations. Megha, in an attempt to keep up the act, ties a belt to fake a baby bump. She’s clearly nervous and tells Arjun they’ll be caught. Arjun says they have no time to waste and decides to escape with Choti through the balcony. He reassures Megha that he’ll keep Choti safe. Alka lends a hand to help Arjun make the escape.
Manoj brings the Kinnars inside to prove nothing suspicious is going on. He then spots Megha and questions what she’s doing there. When he notices a toy box, Alka quickly lies, saying she brought it just in case the baby arrives early. She asks Manoj if she did anything wrong. Manoj, though not convinced, keeps his suspicion to himself. He starts wondering if Arjun has returned. After showing the Kinnars around, he asks if they’re satisfied. Still clinging to his belief, he says he’s expecting a son. The Kinnar gently tells him not to forget about his daughter, too, and they leave soon after.
Manoj then questions Megha about being on the balcony. She says she was feeling suffocated and stepped out for some fresh air. A nearby dustbin catches Manoj’s eye, making him suspect that Arjun had been there. He gets angry with the security guards for sleeping on duty and warns them that Megha might try to meet Arjun. He makes it clear that no one should stop Megha but instructs them to use her to track and catch Arjun. Alka hands Choti to Megha. Megha thanks her and says Alka saved them once again. Alka brushes it off and asks about Arjun. Megha smiles and says he was overjoyed to spend time with Choti. Alka comments that Arjun would make a wonderful father. As she goes to fetch diapers, Megha softly apologizes to Choti. She tells her that if her parents were in Amritsar, they would’ve played with her all day. She quietly wonders when this chaos will finally come to an end.
Alka returns and reminisces about how they used to take the baby girl to Devimaa’s temple. Megha hesitates, fearing they might get caught if they go. But Alka insists she should go and get blessings for Choti. She assures Megha that the temple will only have the priest present. Megha steps out of the house. Manoj notices her leaving. Inside, Alka takes care of Choti and hears Manoj calling out to her. She quickly hides the baby. Manoj walks in, saying he smells something unusual. Alka says it might be because the room had been closed until just yesterday. Manoj expresses his suspicion about Megha and Alka spending so much time in the room. He directly asks if they’re hiding something. Alka denies it and tries to stay calm. Manoj then asks her to bring oil for a massage. Alka leaves, trying to maintain her composure. Arjun finds out that the Bandipur Utsav is scheduled to take place in two days. At the same time, Megha arrives and begins walking toward Arjun, unaware that Manoj’s servant is secretly following her.
