The Episode starts with Arjun noticing wanted posters featuring him and Megha, offering a reward of 1,000 water bottles for their capture. He heads to a tea shop and pretends to be deaf and mute while asking for tea. When the shop owner demands payment, Arjun hands over an expensive watch. Suspicious, the owner questions how Arjun came to possess such a valuable item and even suggests it might be stolen. Spotting Manoj’s jeep, the owner halts it, while Arjun quickly hides inside the shop. The owner then informs Manoj that he found the watch with a beggar.
Manoj inspects the watch and immediately recognizes it as Arjun’s. He asks where the beggar is, and the shop owner brings Arjun out. Arjun remembers how he disguised himself by applying flour to his face. When Manoj questions him about the watch, the shopkeeper claims Arjun is deaf and mute. Arjun picks up the wanted poster and gestures that he got the watch from the people in the poster. When Manoj asks where he saw them, Arjun gives him a location. Convinced, Manoj tells his men that Arjun and Megha are still alive, and they leave.
Meanwhile, Megha tries to calm her crying daughter and feels helpless for not being able to provide even milk. Overwhelmed with emotion, Megha breaks down, but eventually, the baby falls asleep. Arjun returns with food, fulfilling his promise. As they eat, he notices Megha is tearful. Commenting that the food is too spicy, he gives her water, only to find it tastes salty. Despite this, Megha continues eating.
Arjun asks why she’s forcing herself to eat. Megha explains that her baby is hungry, and she must eat to produce milk. Arjun then spots a letter from Manoj, revealing that he instructed all vendors to sell only spicy food and salty water, pressuring Megha to return to him. The baby starts crying again. Arjun suggests they may have no choice but to go back to Manoj, but Megha refuses, fearing Manoj would harm the baby. Arjun tries to reassure her, saying Manoj doesn’t know she has already given birth, and they can hide the truth from him.
At Manoj’s house, Alka notices his calm demeanor and is puzzled. Manoj tells her confidently that Arjun and Megha will return soon and laughs to himself. Later, Megha arrives at Manoj’s house, faking a baby bump. She blames Manoj for making her baby suffer and demands proper food and water in her room. When Manoj inquires about Arjun, Megha avoids the question and walks away. Manoj instructs Alka to give her good food and tells his men not to let Megha out to feed Arjun.
Back in her room, Alka brings food to Megha and scolds her for returning. Megha explains that she understands Alka’s frustration, but Alka warns her that escaping this time won’t be easy.
In a flashback, Arjun had told Megha that she couldn’t survive in the forest with the baby. Returning to the present, Megha shows Alka her real baby, who immediately starts crying. Alka is surprised and happy to see the baby. Hearing the cries, Manoj heads toward Megha’s room.
