The Episode starts with Arjun gently telling Manu that they should remember Surendar with joy, because only then will his soul find peace. Nearby, Ranjeeta and Megha watch Arjun talking to Manu. Ranjeeta reflects that this is exactly how Megha and Surendar used to spend hours chatting on the terrace. Megha smiles, reminiscing about how Surendar always believed only Arjun could take his place. She recalls how he had convinced her to marry Arjun, saying Arjun would always stand by her—and he was right.
Arjun lightens the moment by announcing they’ll celebrate Surendar’s day by cooking his favorite dish. Megha reveals it’s jackfruit, but Manu points out they don’t have the ingredients. Arjun assures them he’ll handle it and heads off. Manu then asks Megha to sing Surendar’s favorite song. Arjun soon returns, jackfruit in hand, cheerfully singing “Aye Dil Laya Hai Bahaar.” He pulls out cooking supplies he’d hidden earlier, and Megha begins cooking while Manu lies in Ranjeeta’s lap. Ranjeeta silently relives her memories with Surendar. Seeing Megha in tears, Arjun gently holds her hand, and Manu wipes away Ranjeeta’s tears.
Once the food is ready, Megha eagerly asks how it tastes. Manu beams—it’s delicious. Arjun explains that this is Surendar’s special recipe, something he had only taught Megha. Ranjeeta tells Manu that Megha and Surendar were always a mischievous duo who loved teasing her. Overwhelmed, Ranjeeta tears up. Manu reminds her not to cry, or else Surendar might get upset wherever he is. Megha adds that it’s been a long time since they all shared a moment like this—and she hopes it never ends. To lighten the mood, Manu dedicates a song to Arjun and sings sweetly.
Later, Megha quietly holds Arjun’s hand. She tells him that he deserves a peaceful life, not all this hardship. She says he’s an accomplished IAS officer who spent eight painful years because of her, and things would’ve been simpler if he had married someone else. Arjun softly replies that the only thing he ever wanted was her happiness. Having Megha by his side makes him feel like he’s won at life. Megha smiles and says she feels the same. They lean in for a kiss—until Manu’s sudden voice breaks the moment.
They rush to find her shivering. Megha worries that the cold is getting worse. Arjun remembers hiding a blanket under a tree and decides to fetch it. Megha begs him not to go too far, but Arjun reassures her. He promises to return quickly and adds that he knows the jungle well. Once alone, Megha grows uneasy, sensing something’s wrong.
Meanwhile, Arjun finds the blanket—but also stumbles upon the injured healer. The healer reveals that Manoj attacked him and has taken his daughter, who recently arrived from Nepal. He pleads with Arjun to save her. Suddenly, they hear a girl’s cries for help. Arjun rushes toward the sound and spots Manoj’s men hiding nearby. He attacks them fiercely and rescues the girl—only to realize it’s Alka. Alka suddenly pulls Arjun down. Just then, the healer arrives and apologizes to Arjun. Manoj follows, bringing the healer’s daughter with him. Without warning, he shoots Arjun.
Precap: Manu frantically looks for her family. Manoj tells her coldly that he plans to send her far away.
