The Episode starts with Manoj talking like an adult. He asks Megha what if anything happens to his baby. Megha recalls how Manoj tortured her. Manoj realizes that he is exposed. Megha tells him that his truth is out. She says she thought Manoj would reveal the truth. Manoj tells her that she found the truth, but she ended up in trouble. He says he would have left with his baby, but Megha ruined that. Megha tells him that this time he can’t do anything. She says Baby belongs to her and Arjun. Manoj tells her that’s his baby. He says he has a backup because he knows Megha suspects him. He reveals he sent Arjun to Delhi for a meeting. Megha asks him not to try to be oversmart. Manoj tells her that this time Arjun is having dinner. Megha says she will check that and tell the truth to Arjun. Manoj tells her that Arjun must be feeling dizzy now.
The officer tells Arjun that he will postpone the meeting. Arjun opposes. The officer calls the doctor. The doctor injects Arjun.
Manoj tells Megha what happened with Arjun. Megha says Manoj is lying. Manoj tells her to check it. He says Arjun must have consumed slow poison, and Arjun needs an antidote to survive. He asks her to let him stay as Mannu until she gives birth to the baby. He says he will save Arjun’s life if Megha agrees to his deal then. He shows the antidote to her. He asks her to call Arjun.
Megha calls Arjun and asks him whether he is fine. Arjun tells her he was feeling dizzy, so he took an injection. He says he is fine. Megha tells him to take care of himself and return soon. She disconnects the call. Manoj asks Megha whether she made a decision. He tells her to choose Arjun because he wants his baby. He promises to not interfere in Arjun and Megha’s life after getting his baby. Megha asks God what kind of test this is. Manoj gives the nuptial chain to her and reveals there is a mic in the nuptial chain. He says if Megha tries to outsmart him, then he will throw the antidote. He tells her to remove her nuptial chain. Then he makes her wear a mic nuptial chain. Megha thinks she can’t lose and she should save Arjun and the baby from Manoj. They enter the house.
Megha sees Arjun and hugs him. Manoj shows the antidote to Megha. Arjun goes to make coffee. Megha thinks she will save her husband and her baby. Arjun tells Megha that she is wearing a different nuptial chain. Megha gives juice to him. She asks him whether he is fine. Arjun says he is fine and he wants to take a rest. Megha hugs him. Arjun asks Megha whether Manoj troubled her. Megha tells Arjun she can’t forget what Manoj did to her. Manoj sees everything. He thinks he is Ravan in Megha’s life, and he will snatch Megha from Arjun.
