Kabir wraps a bandage around Megha’s injured leg. She winces in pain, and he tells her to learn to bear it. When she questions a painkiller he offers, wondering if it’s poison, he accuses her of going too far to stop the wedding and walks out after getting a call. Megha follows him but loses track.
Kabir reaches the hospital and pleads with the doctor to keep treating his mother. The doctor assures him he’s doing what he can. Kabir sits beside his unconscious mother, thinking about the attack on her. He promises to find the girl with the bracelet who ruined his family and swears to set things right.
Megha, trying to find Kabir, calls Officer Siddharth and learns his mother might be in City Hospital. She goes there, sees the patient, and is hit by old memories. A nurse tells her the woman needs a kidney transplant. Megha asks about her family and learns the patient’s son was just there. Since she doesn’t know who he is, she waits for him but leaves after telling the woman she’ll be fine.
Jasleen shows off her clothes to Kavita and Trilochan. Kavita reminds her not to lose focus. Jasleen gushes about Kabir’s looks. Trilochan warns her not to forget the plan. Kavita talks to Manoj, who says if things go as planned, he’s fine. Trilochan tells Heer to leave after she arrives with food. Manoj says their best chance to defeat Megha is through emotions, and she must be sent to Canada.
Later, Kabir confronts Megha, teasing her for following him because she loves him. She admits she did. Kabir says her family supports him too. Their mehendi function begins. Megha sees Sadanand sneaking alcohol and decides to spike Kabir’s juice with it. Kabir steps aside to take a call, saying he needs money or he’ll run away. The waiter gives him the spiked drink.
