The Episode starts with Arjun asking Megha about her missing medical file. Megha confirms it’s lost and urges him to eat first. Suddenly, immigration officers arrive, stating that Mukta’s visa has expired and she needs to be deported. Mukta introduces herself and admits she forgot about the visa. She assures Arjun she will extend it within two days.
Megha questions why Mukta should bother extending her visa. She suggests Mukta should focus on her own life instead. Arjun agrees and instructs the officers to treat Mukta respectfully before sending her back to Singapore. Megha, satisfied, offers to help Mukta pack. In Mukta’s room, Megha taunts her, blaming her for forcing this situation. Mukta leaves without reacting.
Later, Arjun has a strange dream where Manoj sings a lullaby to a baby, claiming it as his own. When Arjun questions him, Manoj insists the baby, Munna, belongs to him, not Arjun. He also declares that even his wife is his alone. Arjun wakes up startled. Megha notices his distress, and Arjun shares the unsettling dream. Megha reassures him that she and Junior belong only to him and insists they will remain happy in their small world. Despite this, Arjun feels anxious, fearing destiny may take Megha and Junior away. Megha comforts him, urging him to trust God.
While fetching water, Megha overhears Manoj singing a lullaby to a toy. Noticing baby boy photos in his room, she questions him. Manoj casually remarks that he wants a baby boy and hopes the photos will influence his future child to resemble him. As he leaves to get milk, Megha calls him Manoj, but he corrects her, claiming to be Mannu.
Megha relays her concerns to Arjun, convinced that Manoj is deceiving them. Arjun devises a plan to confirm his suspicion. He recalls Manoj’s allergy to cardamom, noting that if he is truly Mannu, he will eat it without any reaction.
The next day, Megha offers Manoj a bowl of kheer, claiming it’s his favorite. Manoj eagerly eats it without hesitation. Arjun watches closely as Manoj asks for another serving and heads to the kitchen. Megha remains confused, but Arjun confidently declares that Manoj must be Mannu. Just then, Manoj rushes to his room and vomits, confirming his allergy. The doctor informs Arjun that Mukta is unwell. Arjun reassures the immigration officers that Mukta is his responsibility. Later, Mukta expresses her reluctance to become a burden. Shagun comforts her, dismissing her worries. Afterwards, Arjun checks on Manoj. Mukta, determined to win Arjun back, warns Megha that she is willing to go to any extent. She vows to play dirty and prove her power.
