The Episode starts with Megha spotting Sikandar, but she is unable to see his face due to his mask. She attempts to remove it, but he pushes her away. Just then, Ranjeeta arrives and points a gun at Sikandar, warning him to drop his weapon. Megha urges Ranjeeta not to let Sikandar escape, but he manages to flee. Megha then notices the doctor and quickly directs Ranjeeta’s attention to him. Meanwhile, Sikandar calls Navjot and informs her that he has killed the doctor.
Megha urges Ranjeeta to call an ambulance, but Ranjeeta realizes there is no network. Megha reassures the injured doctor, who confesses that KP had sleeping pills in his system and did not die by suicide. He reveals that he was removed from the postmortem panel for knowing this information. Megha records his statement and asks who was responsible for his removal, but before he can answer, he succumbs to his injuries. Ranjeeta finally manages to call an ambulance. She then insists that Megha should not return to Talwar House, but Megha refuses, worried about Arjun’s safety. She argues that they still don’t know the killer’s true intentions and that she must protect him. Ranjeeta asks Megha to be careful.
Later, Megha reaches Talwar House, where Sikandar assures Navjot that Megha doesn’t have any concrete evidence. Shagun confronts Megha for staying out late, reminding her that the house is not a hotel. Megha remains silent and walks inside. Megha recalls the doctor’s dying words and becomes emotional. She receives a call from Ranjeeta and admits that she can’t stop thinking about the doctor’s face. Ranjeeta tries to calm her down and urges her to show the video to Arjun immediately.
Megha approaches Arjun and hugs him, trembling with fear. Arjun asks her what’s wrong and hands her a glass of water. Megha insists that he listen carefully and watch something important. However, Arjun refuses, uninterested in seeing anything. Megha pleads with him, revealing that it is related to KP’s death, but Arjun becomes frustrated and warns her to stop. He accuses her of manipulating him and yells at her to leave. Heartbroken, Megha walks away while the title song plays in the background. Before leaving, she hides her phone.
The next morning, Sikandar questions Megha about her actions with the TV. Arjun sarcastically asks if she really needs to create drama so early in the day. Megha explains that she initially wanted to show him the video privately, but he forced her to do this publicly. She then announces that she has the final confession from the doctor who performed KP’s postmortem. However, when she plays the video, she is stunned to see a dance clip of her and Arjun instead. Shocked, she insists that the doctor confirmed KP was murdered and did not take his own life. Shagun, annoyed, tells Megha to stop causing trouble. Megha rushes to her room and wonders who deleted the video from her phone. On her table, she finds a mysterious piece of cloth.
