The Episode starts with Manoj going to his room and crying. He tells himself he doesn’t want to go to a mental asylum because he gets beaten up there. He says he doesn’t want to leave Megha and recalls how she took care of him. Shagun gives Megha’s test results to Arjun. Arjun reads them. Megha asks him what happened. Arjun hands her the test results and calls the doctor to learn about the baby’s disease. He tells Megha the baby’s life is in danger. Shagun asks what else the doctor said. Arjun reveals a bone marrow transplant is necessary after birth. He says there is no guarantee the baby’s bone marrow will match with the parents. Megha asks if she can donate hers. Arjun says there is no certainty of a match. He mentions another option. Megha says Manoj’s bone marrow can match since he is the baby’s father. She says they need Manoj.
Mukta arrives and says Manoj is missing. She asks if he ran away. Megha suggests checking the CCTV footage. Arjun answers the doctor’s call. Megha leaves.
Earlier, Mukta visited Manoj’s room. Manoj told her he didn’t want to go to a mental asylum. She told him to run away and handed him a bag filled with chocolates and cheese.
Arjun asks the doctor if there are other options. The doctor says this is the only way to save the baby. Arjun disconnects the call. Megha returns and says last night’s CCTV footage is missing. She asks where Manoj went and what they will do.
A few hours earlier, Mukta told Navjot they saw Megha’s test results and needed Manoj to save the baby. Navjot told her to kidnap Manoj and inform Megha that he ran away because of Arjun.
Mukta tells Arjun that Manoj got scared due to his violent behavior. Megha asks when that happened. Mukta says Arjun reacted in anger, unaware they would need Manoj’s bone marrow. Arjun says he was angry because Megha and the baby were in danger. Megha tells him Manoj has run away. Arjun says Mannu couldn’t have switched off the CCTV cameras. Megha reminds him they need Manoj to save the baby and begs him to find Manoj.
Arjun asks the police about Manoj. He tells Megha the police haven’t traced him. Megha tells him he knows he was wrong. Arjun says Manoj won’t agree to the transplant if he isn’t Mannu. He suggests approaching doctors from the UK or US.
Mukta and Sikandar wear masks and go to Manoj. Sikandar beats him up. Mukta stops him. Sikandar picks up a knife. Mukta steps aside and calls Navjot. Navjot tells her to give the phone to Sikandar. Mukta hands over the phone. Navjot orders Sikandar not to kill Manoj. Sikandar knocks Manoj unconscious and locks him in the car’s trunk. He drives and sees a police barricade. Sikandar and Mukta get worried.
