The Episode starts with Navjot informing Arjun that she spoke to the head doctor, who, feeling guilty, sent Meenu to care for him. She adds that they don’t have to pay for Meenu’s fees. Moments earlier, Megha had threatened the head doctor into supporting her lies. In the present, Navjot instructs Meenu to give Arjun medicine for his headache. Later, she tells Mukta to handle Meenu, stating that Meenu came to their house because Mukta had kidnapped Arjun. Mukta insists that Navjot should fire Meenu, but Navjot refuses, arguing that Arjun needs her care. She tells Mukta to focus on her own tasks and reminds her that tomorrow is an important day, so nothing should go wrong.
The next day, Meenu notes down Arjun’s diet, while he complains that he feels like he’s in jail. She mentions that he will get kada prasad, which makes him question why. She explains that it’s special, triggering his memories of Megha making it for him. He refuses, but when she asks if he dislikes it, he admits he loves it and has many memories attached to it. She confidently claims no one can make it better than her, to which he disagrees. She then persuades him to have tomato soup, promising to make the world’s best kada prasad for him later.
Mukta arrives and invites Arjun to lunch outside, suggesting it will help him feel refreshed. Arjun declines, saying he feels weak and wants to rest. Mukta insists she will drive, but he asks her to understand his condition. She reminds him about her house, convincing him to go. Meenu offers to accompany them, which irritates Mukta, who accuses her of overstepping boundaries. Meenu insists that she must take care of Arjun. Navjot intervenes, telling them to leave. Once they depart, Navjot asks Sikandar if everything is in place, and he silently confirms.
Later, while driving, Meenu comments on Mukta’s impressive driving skills despite having lived abroad. Suddenly, Mukta realizes the brakes aren’t working and informs Arjun. In an attempt to stop the car, she crashes into a tree. Meenu falls onto Arjun, causing him to hallucinate Megha. When he snaps back to reality, he sees Meenu instead. Meanwhile, Mukta feels dizzy. Arjun checks on her, and she assures him she’s fine.
Upon arriving at Talwar House, Navjot inquires about what happened. Arjun explains the brake failure and accident. Hearing this, Shagun panics, but Arjun reassures her and asks for her medicine. Meenu quickly retrieves it.
After Shagun falls asleep, Arjun thanks Meenu, who assures him that Shagun will feel better after resting. Mukta, however, grows suspicious about how Meenu knew about Shagun’s medicine. Arjun admits that Meenu reminds him of someone. Meenu confidently states that she reminds him of his wife, Megha. Arjun, however, refutes this, calling Megha a source of pain rather than a wife. Just then, he dials Megha’s number, and to his shock, Meenu’s phone starts ringing.
