The Episode starts with a girl carrying an unconscious Arjun into a house. She uses a knife to tear a curtain and notices the wall covered with photos of herself and Arjun. She gazes at him. Ranjeeta urges Megha to stay calm, but Megha, visibly anxious, tells her that Arjun vanished suddenly, and his phone is off. She confesses that she is confused and scared. Ranjeeta embraces Megha and reassures her to trust Waheguru, suggesting that Arjun might answer the call now. When Megha calls Arjun, it rings, and she questions why his phone was off when the call connected. The girl who kidnapped Arjun asks who is on the other side.
Megha tells her she’s Arjun’s wife and asks where he is. The kidnapper girl, revealing her name as Mukta, admits she was once Arjun’s girlfriend, but it no longer matters. When Megha presses her about Arjun’s phone, Mukta assures her that he’s fine and still with her. After saying something to Megha, Mukta disconnects the call.
Navjot notices Megha leaving the hospital and tells Sikandar she’s certain Megha knows where Arjun is. They follow her. Arjun regains consciousness and is shocked to see Mukta. She’s excited to see him and explains she didn’t kidnap him but instead found him outside the hospital, refusing to go inside. She took him to her place, saying she couldn’t leave him when she still loved him. Arjun notices their photos together. Mukta urges him to rest while she goes to get food. As she leaves, he hears her scream and calls for help.
Megha arrives with Arjun’s parents, and the Talwars also show up. Megha informs them that Arjun is inside. Arjun emerges with Mukta, and Megha hugs him, relieved to see he’s fine. She asks how the fire started. Mukta blames Megha, claiming she was the cause of the fire. Megha, confused, denies it. Mukta mentions how Megha got angry when Arjun told her he was at her house, labeling Megha as violent. Megha protests, but Mukta insists that Megha threw something on the fire. Megha explains she only poured water to put it out, but Mukta shows Arjun a kerosene can, accusing Megha of using it.
Megha clarifies that she thought it was a water can and asks if Arjun believes Mukta’s version of events. Mukta taunts Megha, suggesting she’s jealous and doesn’t trust their relationship. Navjot threatens to send Megha’s family to jail, leading to an argument between both families. Arjun intervenes, telling everyone to stop. He insists on going home to rest and invites Mukta to stay with him, taking her along. Megha, heartbroken, realizes Arjun has changed.
