Ishani is on a call, giving someone directions, which the other person is unable to understand. Ram shows up and takes the phone from her and gives the correct directions and hangs up, and tells her, now your friend won’t find any difficulty in arriving. Ishani asks Ram that why is he acting so kind now, and says that she cannot comprehend this behaviour. Ram tells her that it’s better to be kind and save relations, rather than hating. Because behind all the hatred, you can spot some kindness. And Ram leaves the room. Ishani wonders what happened to him. Ragini also shows up and says that she’s also wondering that what is the reason behind this, she tells Ishani that she thinks, Ram has understood that it’s better to find reason behind all the hatred, rather than complaining about it, and he’s
Pratap is waiting outside the house. Laila comes outside and they both excited to see each other. They greets each other. Pratap tells Ishani that she got missing like a housefly, and now is in this beautiful and luxurious mansion. Ishani tells Pratap to assume that she ended up here while finding someone close to her. Pratap also gets upset and says that he also ended up here because of a close friend who played with his emotions and left, and when he asked people about the person and got to know that they are somewhere here, so he decided to call Ishani and showed up here. Pratap tells Ishani that now she has to help him find that person. Pratap brings out a picture of him and Neelam to show her that person, but Ishani gets a call and and leaves to attend it. Pratap hears a noise coming from inside the house, so he decided to go inside and check. He goes towards the door where Neelam is locked and hitting the door. Pratap wonders who could be inside and about to open the door. Just then, Meet shows up and asks Pratap, who is he? Ishani comes there and tells Meet that he’s Pratap her friend. He came to meet her. Meet apologises to him and says that she thought something else.
Further, Ishani tells Pratap to give the picture to Meet, and she says she might know the girl who broke your heart. Pratap gives the envelope in which the picture is kept to Meet. Meet is about to open it gets called by servant. Meet takes the picture with her, and tells him that she take a look at it later and leaves. Ishani takes Pratap with her.
Ishani and Ragini are in the kitchen. Ishani tells Ragini that when she didn’t knew her properly, she assumed that she was very selfish and rude, and now she found out that she was wrong. Ishani asks Ragini if she doesn’t get tired of all this responsibilities? Ragini tells her that she is also like her, when she helped Meet and help her, which means she has accepted them as a family, right?
Meanwhile, Ram is listening to them and Ram thinks that he has to get Ishani’s phone at any cost to find out who is Ishani’s father and if he can consider her as a part of the family or not. Ram comes in the kitchen and starts praising Ishani for helping Meet to save Meet Alhawat. Ram asks Ishani about her full name, Ishani impulsively replies, Ishani and that’s it!
Meet and Ishani meets outside the house and Meet tells Ishani that it’s time to find out if Neelam is okay, or she’s being Laila, and watches her in their smart watch.
Neelam praying for well being of Meet Alhawat ands asks God to help Meet Alhawat to recover fast.
Meet watches her and says that it’s Neelam and don’t know if she’s acting like that. Meet asks Ishani to if she’s ready to help her? Ishani replies, yes.
Meet opens the door of Neelam’s room and leaves it open. Neelam gets up to check who opened it. Meet and Ishani are talking about a picture of a person and saying that they have to catch this guy to know the exact name of the poison. Neelam is listening to them. Wind blows and all the papers and portrait of the person scatters. Neelam picks up the portrait and takes it to Meet and asks her, who’s sketch is that? Meet thinks that she’s acting like she doesn’t know the person, and is really suffering from split personality. Neelam starts crying and tells Meet to send her to hospital. Meet tells her not to worry because it’s all done by Laila not her and tells her to go and rest in her room.
Meet Alhawat and Meet are together in a room. Meet Alhawat says that Neelam really might suffer from split personality disorder. Meet says thus could be true, but she was shivering and sweating after seeing the picture. Meet says that she might do anything after seeing it and that will be the perfect time to catch her. Meet Alhawat tells Meet that they know really well that Neelam can go crazy, and he won’t let Meet to do anything again. Meet hugs him and tells that she believes in their love more, and if she tries to come after her, he will be there to save her. Meet Alhawat tells Meet that after whatever happened to him, he feelings weaker day by day, and if she needed his help, what will he able to do? Meet says that she believes that he will save her no matter what.
Raj is trying to contact all the doctors and higher authorities from around the world to try and get an antidote for the poison that has been injected into Meet Ahlawat. Babita starts crying and says that their son has never even thought negatively about some, then why is got punishing him? Raj says they are helpless, even though they have a pharmacy company and cured lakhs of patients and still doesn’t have antidote for Meet Alhawat.
Meet goes inside Neelam’s and tells Neelam that nobody is ready to allow her in this house and she has to go to mental asylum in few day. Neelam agrees with her and says that she is also against Laila, and doesn’t have any control over it, and if she had she would have got the antidote from her till now. Meet tells her not to worry because she has found the antidote for Meet Alhawat. Neelam says, really? Meet tells her that she has asked hospital to get waste from the hospital from which she can get the empty bottle of the poison. Meet gets a call and Ishani calls her acting like shes from hospital and says that they have sent the waste to their house. Neelam listens to it and gets anxious.
