Babita on call with Meet. Raj walks to her. She says Meet called and told we will be getting all the documents for making factory finally our Son’s dream will come true. Raj says from last 1 year oyr Meet always tried to fulfill our sons dream.
Meet on bike at highway, she stops to ask for the addressee. Old man ask first tell who are you Bor or Girl. Meet remove her helmet and ask tell me is this Ranipuri or jot. He says yes but now it’s called as Sarkar Puri. Meet thanks him and leave.
Meet on a remote ground. A man give her papers and says from now on it’s yours, Meet give him money and he leaves. Meet remembers her discussion with Meet Ahlawat for opening his factory.

Raj says to Babita few people outside were asking me about Meet’s second marriage. Babita says I was also thinking same. Ishani walks in with picture of Meet for Bhoomi Pujan. Servant keep the photo and leave. Babita says to Raj we will pray to God for Meet that she gets a loving family.
A lady say to her mother I did everything you ask me to do, all the arrengements are done. A lady walk inside after washing clothes as she was feeling cold. Old lady hold her hand scolds her and try to burn her hand with room room heater. Lady shouts in pain and call her mother. They walk in and see her. Old lady harm her and scolds her for not getting pregnant afet getting married to her son. A lady walks in and says Sarkar is on his way and it’s time for ritual.
Everyone in ceremony enjoying. Mother in law as old to make a tattoo in her hand says I’m Wife Of Ram Dhan. Lady says I don’t want to tattoo. Mother in law scare her and explain her why tattoo is necessary.
A car enter the property. Meet Ahlawat ask Dhanraj come out of car with Narendra and Mahandra.
Lady getting tattooed take her hand away says I don’t want to be oart of this nonsense ritual. Sarkar walks in the premises. He says if you don’t want to write name then leave it. Lade remove her Duppata. Sarkar says if a lady is not having her husband’s name then that lady is wife of everyone and remove her Duppata.
Few people with gun walks to Meet, he says me are people of Sarkarpur. Goon says you have broken law’s of Sarkarpur, he give her paper and ask her to read. Meet read all the law’s.
Sarkar and his family doing ritual, he holds her wife’s hand says you are my blessing and everyone begin with the pooja of Lord Krishna. A girl sneak out of pooja, she take her bag and run away. Sarkar see her leaving, he walk towards gate and see payal lying of ground, he pick it up and shouts Mehgna.
Meet reads all the law against women infront of goon. She tear paper infront of them and throw at them. They try to attack her. She shouts back at them and says you trying to trap women and kill there dreams but from now things will change.
Sarkar says in Sarkarpur girls are not allowed to see dreams, she scolds her wife says didn’t you teach your daughter.
Goon says let’s teach this girl a lesson and show her reality. They attack her but Meet fight back. Leader walks towards Meet to attack her from sword but defend herself and throw everyone in pit.
Sarkar says to her wife if you can’t handle your daughter so let me know should I bring outher wife.
Meet shouts at goon and says things are going to change here and this is my husband’s dream and it will come true.
Meet leave and she hit a girl on street. Meet stop and apologies to her, she ask her about her leg. It was same girl who ran away from pooja, she shouts in pain. Meet says come I’ll take you to your home. She says drop me at bus stop and she leave with her on bike. Girl ask her to stop bike. Meet ask her is everything fine do you need any help so ket me know. Girl says it’s okay she thanks her and leave.
Meet says to Babita and Raj we got the documents now we have to go for Bhoomi Pooja and ask is Meet Ahlawat’s picture ready for poojs. Raj says yes and ask servant to bring his photo. He give photo to Meet. Meet sit down remove clothe and see his photo, she gets emotional and says why did Meet Ahlawat took this look for picture and why did Raj choose this one, there must be a memory. Raj says to Babita this is not the photo I give to get develop. Babita says yes our son never wore that kind of ear ring nor that hairstyle, he does not look like our son. Raj says he id Meet Ahlawat and there must be some memory with Meet so that’s why she must have given this photo and we will not talk about this to her.
Meet in room holding Meet Ahlawat’s photo says your dream will soon come true and I know you will be standing with me to see your dream.
Few men surround the girl who ran away says come with me there is no way you can run. She see well behind her, she jump inside.
Few men tie her to bed snd throw water at her. She wakes up. Sarkar walk towards her. She start shouting for help. Sarkar free her hands and sit beside her, he ask who was the guy with whom you were trying to run. She says there is no one. Sarkar show her photo sitting on bike with Meet says now tell who is he. She tell them he not a boy.
Narandra walks in with his goons says she is right it’s a girl who wear pant and ride bike and more dangerous then our man, she break our ruleand our men got beaten up by her. Mahandra walks in says she is trying to open a factory and only for women as employee. Sarkar get up says she looks like man and very brave we have to meet her.
Raj and Babita with Panditji at land getting ready for pooja. Panditji ask who will sit with Meet in pooja. Meet bring Meet Ahlawat’s photo says he will sit with me. Panditji says without man pooja is impossible. Raj says my daughter wil do pooja with photo. Panditji begin with pooja. Few care come to location m sarkar walks our with pot and throw water at havan to stop pooja. Panditji get scared and run away. Babita ask where are you running. Meet get up and give look to Sarkar.

Sarkar says to Meet women of Sarkarpur have one duty that is to take care of there husband from morning till night, so when they will be having time to work in your factory, nobody has right to break rule of Sarkarpur. Meet pick up a brick put on ground says now the foundation is set and from now on all the law’s of Sarkarpur will be same as like of government I’ll see who will stop me.
