Ria is going on crying as memories come across her mind. She goes and stands in front of the mirror and takes the pendent gifted by Karan in her hand and kneels down crying.
Ria: I am so sorry karan…. I wanted to tell u how much I love u but I could not…. Plzzz forgive me…. Anaita loves u more than I do… she truly and madly loves… I am no one to take her position… I am sorry…
She keeps crying and unknowing falls asleep on the ground.

Ria’s room:
Ria’s mom enters the room and finds her sleeping on the floor.
Jyoti (Ria’s mom): Ria… baby…. Get up…. Why r sleeping on the floor??
Ria gets up sleepily and looks at her mom. Her eyes were red due to late night’s crying. Her face has turned pale.
Jyoti: Ria… what happened to ur eyes?? Were u crying last night?
Ria [trying to hide her tears]: no mom… may be something fell in my eyes…
Jyoti: u will lie to ur mom… tell what happened…
Ria [hugs her mom]: mom… I cannot live here… plzz take me somewhere else….
Jyoti: why???
Ria: if I stay here I will not be able to keep mysef away from Karan… I love him… but…
Jyoti: but what??? Tell me my child…
Ria: Anaita loves Karan too… I feel as if I am an obstacle between them…
Before Ria could finish, her father Sanjeev comes and informs them that Riki has come. Then the two get up and arrange everything properly. Ria freshens up and comes to the hall room to meet Riki.
Riki: hey Ria…. How r u?? [he then goes up and hugs Ria]
Ria [hugging him back]: I am fine… how r u??
Riki: I am also fine…
Sanjeev: so son from when r u joining the school.
Riki: from next week….
Sanjeev: that’s great… Ria take him along with u to school today…
Ria: ok dad… Riki come I need to talk to u…
After Ria and Riki left the room, Anaita comes out of the kitchen with a cup of coffee for Sanjeev.

Anaita: so from when is Riki joining….

And she leaves the hall too and goes to get ready for school.

Karan’s sister in law comes to see him in his room and finds Karan sleeping on the coach.

She pulls Karan up and sends him to get ready. She goes near a drawer and as she pulls the drawer open she finds there a pic of Karan and Ria.

She leaves the room and goes to prepare breakfast for Karan. Karan comes down and sits with her.
Bhabhi: so what r u giving Ria today….
Karan: why???
Bhabhi: why means … today is teddy day… give her something…
Karan [irritated]: she doesn’t love me….
Bhabhi: so what… u love her so u shud give her gifts…. Right….
Karan [smiling]: right… ok Bhabhi bye….
Bhabhi: but first finish ur breakfast….
Karan: some other day…. Bye…

Karan is buying teddy bear for Ria he notices an extremely cute teddy at the display counter.
Karan: what is its cost??
Shopkeeper: 700 rupees….
Karan: what??? U want to buy my love worth Rs.700….
Shopkeeper: oh hello… I am a shopkeeper… not a love guru…. That I will help people in their love story by giving them gifts for their love free of cost… if u want it pay its price and take it… I have no problem…
Karan: but I have problem…
Shopkeeper: what problem??

Shopkeeper: why shud I manage… u manage… u then take this one [showing a small bear which seemed extremely cheap beside the costly one].

Shopkeeper: u can’t afford it… u can leave… I don’t have much time to argue….

Shopkeeper: no….

Shopkeeper: ok last price Rs.650….
Karan: from where will I bring rs.150 extra….
Shopkeeper: ok last….Rs.550…
Karan: Rs.50 less plzzzz…
Shopkeeper: ok go take it… its all urs…
Karan [extremely happy]: thank u so much….[he then kisses the man].
Shopkeeper: leave me u mad boy …go….

Karan is waiting eagerly for Ria when he sees she coming with Riki hand in hand. The sight saddens him first but he then goes up to her and gives her the present.
Karan: happy Teddy Day Ria….
Ria [looking upset]: Riki… meet Karan… my classmate…. Karan… this is Riki… my best friend….
Karan [quite upset regarding him to be introduced only as Ria’s classmate]: hi… Ria told me that u r coming… so from when r u joining….
Riki: next week….
Ria: ok Riki lets go… we have to meet the teachers also….
Karan [interrupting]: Ria… I bought this one for u….
Ria: thanks Karan but I don’t need anything…
Karan: how…. I waste my whole morning in finding the best present for u… and u…
Ria [sternly]: I am sorry then… but I can’t take it… u give it to someone who really value u…. bye…
Saying so Ria takes Riki from there. Karan remains standing there with the teddy in his hand.
Karan: she doesn’t love me… I am foolish that I am running after her like a mad person….
Anaita comes just then and places her hand on his shoulder.
Anaita: K… don’t get disheartened…. She is like this… she doesn’t know how to value others feelings…
Karan: I don’t need ur help… for u I shouted at her… may be that’s why she is so angry… leave me alone…
Anaita: no I cannot leave u alone… coz I love u k….
Karan: what ….????
Anaita: yes K I love u……
Karan: does Ria know this….
Anaita: of course not if she knew she would have tried to come in between us… though she has a boyfriend she wants to have every ones attention…. Shameless girl….
Karan: Anaita… just mind ur tongue… she is my love…
Anaita: but for her it is Riki… come I will show u…..
And she takes Karan with her.
