Anuradha tells Abhishek that she isn’t forcing Arohi to stay in the Deewan house and that she can return to her maternal home if she cannot follow the family rules. Sarada is shocked by her words. Abhishek questions Anuradha, asking how she can send her daughter-in-law away just a day after the marriage without resisting her own family traditions.
Arohi defends her parents, saying they may not be wealthy but gave their gift with good intentions and deserve respect. Kanika notices a gold chain box with Kailash’s name and doubts the authenticity, but Sarada confirms it is real gold.
Anuradha interrupts, insisting Arohi follow the household rituals. Abhishek is disappointed by her harshness, and Sarada comments on Anuradha’s sudden change. Anuradha argues that while Sarada seeks her daughter’s happiness, she also must ensure her son’s future, reminding everyone that Kailash followed her rules for a traditional Marathi wedding. Sarada complains that Arohi isn’t respecting their gift or family background. Arohi calmly replies that this is her house now, and she needs time to win their hearts. She emphasizes that Abhishek values their gift and respects them. Raja Ram reassures her of their support.
Later, Kailash personally gives the gold to Arohi, saying it’s from him, though Abhishek protests since it was originally his mother’s gift. Arohi insists on accepting it respectfully, bows for his blessings, and Kailash leaves.
Abhishek expresses his frustration to Arohi about how harshly his family is treating her but reminds her that he is there to support her. He highlights Kailash’s gift and the muh dikhai ceremony as gestures of goodwill and admires how she sees the positive side of things. Sarada prays for Arohi’s happiness and hopes someone will support her in the Deewan house.
Meanwhile, Devika recalls past incidents, and Arohi wakes from a dream to see Bua speaking secretly at night. Bua, fearful that Devika regained consciousness, worries about being exposed. The next day, Abhishek questions Bua why she didn’t shift Devika to a private hospital, and Bua insists she must stay in the house. Arohi realizes she needs to take care of her, though Kailash disapproves. Abhishek orders the servants to assist Arohi until he returns.
Bua tells Kailash that Devika must remain in the house or risk revealing the truth and sees Arohi as her next target, planning to kick her out. She instructs Arohi to cook for the first rasoi, preparing Kailash’s favorite dishes with Kanika’s help. Kanika scolds Arohi and refuses to assist, forcing Arohi to manage the cooking herself, only for Bua to sabotage the food.
