Arohi sits in the car, lost in thought, wondering who Parinitha is and why she has been helping the Deewan family. Suddenly, she notices a group of villagers angrily chasing a young woman through the fields. Alarmed that the girl might be in danger, Arohi immediately stops the car. Seeing the terrified girl, she urges her to get in quickly. The girl hesitantly introduces herself as Parinitha, and Arohi reassures her that she’s safe now.
However, the driver nervously warns Arohi that he can’t drive any further, fearing trouble from the villagers. Arohi stands firm, saying that the girl is being hunted and that showing compassion is more important than fear. “Whatever happens,” she declares, “I will protect her.” She steps out of the car and instructs Parinitha to stay hidden inside, not to come out under any circumstance.
When the villagers reach her, Arohi blocks their way and questions them about whom they’re searching for. One of them claims that the girl they’re chasing is a thief who has stolen the jewels from their Kuldevi temple. Arohi listens intently as they mention the name Parinitha — the same name she has been hearing in connection with the Deewan family. Suspicious, she asks if they are talking about the Deewan family’s Kuldevi temple, and the villagers confirm it.
Arohi informs them that the real culprit, Sagar, has already been arrested and jailed for the theft. But the villagers refuse to believe her. At that moment, someone spots Parinitha hiding in the car and drags her out forcefully. Arohi rushes to her defense, even as a crab bites her foot. Ignoring the pain, she shields Parinitha and confronts the mob.
A scuffle breaks out. Parinitha fights back bravely, pleading with Arohi to step away before she gets hurt. But Arohi refuses to abandon her, insisting she won’t let injustice happen. In tears, Parinitha reveals that she is the daughter of the Kuldevi temple priest. She explains that she saw the real thief with her own eyes and tried to call Kailash to report it, but he never answered.
While they catch their breath, Parinitha notices a beautiful gold bangle that has slipped from Arohi’s wrist. She admires it, and Arohi gently tells her she can keep it if she likes. Parinitha declines, saying gold is too valuable for her — only the fortunate deserve to wear it, and she isn’t among them. Arohi smiles and insists it’s a gift, but Parinitha respectfully refuses.
Suddenly, more goons appear. Arohi and Parinitha start running, but Arohi trips and falls right in front of Abhishek’s car. Shocked, Abhishek rushes to help her. Overwhelmed, Arohi hugs him tightly. The villagers catch up and accuse Arohi of interfering in matters that don’t concern her. Abhishek smirks and remarks that this is nothing new — Arohi always pokes her nose where it doesn’t belong. He starts to leave, but when the villagers surround Arohi and Parinitha, he steps in, fights them off, and warns them to back away. Before leaving, he coldly tells Arohi that he only helped her out of basic humanity and would have done the same for anyone.
Later, Parinitha and her father are brought before the village panchayat to face judgment. Arohi arrives in time to defend her, trying to make the elders understand the truth. During the inquiry, someone mentions Parinitha’s husband, prompting whispers among the crowd. The villagers call her cursed, claiming her husband abandoned her. With tears in her eyes, Parinitha declares that one day her husband will return to take her home — and when that happens, the village will have to answer for their cruelty.
As the villagers prepare to humiliate her by shaving her head, Abhishek suddenly appears and stops them. With quiet authority, he says, “Her husband has returned.” Arohi freezes in disbelief as the shocking truth sinks in — Abhishek is Parinitha’s husband.
