Arohi assures Anuradha that she will never separate Abhishek from her and promises to fulfill all her duties as a daughter-in-law. She vows not to be a burden on Abhishek. Bua questions whether she is acting out of love or for money, and Arohi firmly states that she is not greedy and understands Bua’s good intentions. Abhishek offers to take her to their room. Kailash comments that Arohi only applied vermilion and has not yet been accepted as a daughter-in-law, questioning whether she will stay in the same room as his son. Arohi replies that she will stay in whatever room is assigned to her. Bua reminds her that as a guest, she should stay on the first floor. Nikhil jokes that she has neither wings nor legs to reach there, and Abhishek promises to be her legs and wings.

Abhishek warns

the family not to humiliate Arohi again and carries her to the guest room. Arohi thanks him for supporting her and explains that staying in the guest room is their chance to win the family’s approval. Abhishek assures her that he will always support her and encourages her to rest, marking a new beginning.

Later, Bua asks Anuradha how she became so assertive overnight, noting she used to be obedient. Anuradha explains that she is simply following the family’s rules and believes Arohi will do the same. She instructs the servants to prepare for the muh dikhai ceremony.

Abhishek brings a mattress to the room, explaining that since the family pushed his wife to the guest room, he must stay close to her. Arohi is initially upset, but he convinces her, and they share a pleasant, intimate time chatting.

Anuradha reminds Arohi to prepare for the rituals, stressing that she must first decide whether she is truly a daughter-in-law of the house. Arohi, still recovering from heart surgery and lacking rest, appreciates the understanding. She goes to change, and Kailash notices her struggling to come downstairs. Abhishek carries her down, earning praise from Sarada and Raja Ram.

Anuradha explains the ritual rules and oversees the gift distribution, while Kailash criticizes their background and Kanika comments on the gifts. Anuradha defends Arohi, and Abhishek makes it clear he will not allow anyone to humiliate his wife. Bua reminds him that Arohi has the option to leave if she does not like their treatment.
