Kailash accused Abhishek of defying his father for Arohi, but Abhishek reminded him that Arohi was his wife and he couldn’t abandon her during surgery. When Sarada insisted she didn’t need his support with her family around, Abhishek asserted his right as her family now. Their heated argument drew a nurse’s warning to stay quiet in the hospital. Kailash forcibly dragged Anuradha away despite Abhishek’s protests, leaving Sarada to pray alone for Arohi’s recovery. Abhishek prayed too, even burning his hand to prove his sincerity, which Sarada called madness.
Sarada acknowledged Abhishek’s genuine love but insisted their worlds were different. She urged him to return to his family, warning that his relatives would never accept Arohi and that a family was not just made by two people. Abhishek admitted their differences but said Arohi had taught him a new way of life, one he wished to continue with her. He vowed never to leave her. Just then, Raja Ram informed them that Arohi was out of danger.
After Arohi regained consciousness, Abhishek promised to care for her. But Arohi grew worried about Devika’s unexplained situation and resolved to uncover the truth. The doctor instructed her to rest in the hospital for a week under Abhishek’s attentive care. When police arrived for inquiry, Abhishek stopped them, insisting she needed recovery first. Sarada invited them to Victor village instead, and Abhishek promised to protect Arohi there. Arohi herself assured that Abhishek would complete her bidaai from Victor village, though Sarada remained worried.
Meanwhile, Bua manipulated Kailash against Arohi, intensifying opposition. Raja Ram tried to persuade Sarada, but she stood firm until Arohi convinced her. With an emotional farewell from her parents, Arohi left to begin a new life with Abhishek. However, when they reached his home, the family members refused to let her enter, sealing her struggle against rejection.
