Nikhil assures Kailash that he will burn down Arohi’s house that very day and no one will be able to save it. Kailash warns him that Abhishek must not be harmed. Soon after, Nikhil hears the MLA’s voice and informs his brother of his arrival. The MLA honors Arohi with a garland, praising her for making the country proud and fighting for women. He then proposes her alliance with Abhishek, saying he would be proud to take a village girl like her to Indore as a daughter-in-law. While Raja Ram asks for time to decide, the MLA makes it clear he expects good news soon.
Kailash, shocked by the proposal, confronts the MLA about fixing Abhishek’s wedding with Shanaya. The MLA admits he wants to use Arohi and Abhishek’s marriage for election votes, and once elections are over, so will their relationship.
Meanwhile, Sarada asks Arohi if she truly likes Abhishek and sees him as her soulmate. Arohi recalls Abhishek’s constant support and admits her feelings. Sarada reminds her that marriage binds two families, not just two people, and prioritizes her daughter’s happiness. Abhishek, grateful for Arohi’s supportive family, laments his own. Just then, his Bua arrives, asking him to forget the past and embrace a new beginning. She insists that beneath Kailash’s harsh exterior lies care and concern, and invites Arohi’s family to fix the wedding.
Later, the MLA tells Kailash that Arohi has her eyes on his future son-in-law. He declares the wedding will take place on election day, where he will personally attend to show acceptance of Arohi, securing more votes. But once elections are over, he plans to discard the relationship.
Arohi, torn between love and dignity, confides in Sarada that her parents’ happiness and self-respect matter more than her own. Sarada consoles her. Abhishek, on the other hand, eagerly awaits Arohi’s family, but Kailash treats them coldly. Sarada notices the disrespect toward Anuradha and disapproves when Kailash fixes the wedding venue and date without even checking horoscopes, making the family tensions worse.
