Arohi confronts Abhishek, accusing him of making life-altering decisions for her without considering the consequences or understanding her pain after Sagar humiliated her parents. Abhishek reveals he secretly followed her and witnessed the threats, her father’s fear, and her mother’s poor health. Knowing she doesn’t want to marry Sagar, he insists that marrying his friend Varun is her only escape from the forced union. Arohi refuses, stating she will not find happiness by hurting her parents and is prepared to sacrifice her own life for theirs.
As she walks away, goons surround them. Abhishek fights to protect her but is severely injured. Varun arrives and helps get Abhishek admitted to the hospital. While a doctor treats him, a guilt-ridden Arohi prays for his recovery, blaming herself for his condition. Varun urges her to see that Abhishek is the better partner she’s been searching for, pointing out that she is already in love with him and that he risked his life for her.
In a moment of panic upon hearing a patient’s vitals are dropping, Arohi rushes to the bedside and, thinking it’s Abhishek, scolds the unconscious man for risking his life for her. Varun then clarifies a case of mistaken identity—this is a different Abhishek, and her Abhishek is safe in another ward. In her relief, Arohi’s gold chain gets stuck on the patient, and she openly expresses her love for Abhishek.
This scene is witnessed by Abhishek’s father, Kailash, who arrives and immediately humiliates Arohi, accusing her of being a gold digger who staged the attack to ensnare his son. He throws her out of the hospital. When Abhishek regains consciousness, his mother, Anuradha, relays the events and orders him to cut all contact with Arohi. The episode ends with Arohi receiving a call about her mother’s medical reports, forcing her to hide the day’s traumatic events from her father.
