Mannat tells Vikrant she doesn’t want to fight for her rights and considers Shruthi her mother, as Shruthi has always cared for her. She only learned the truth the night the doctor told her she needed a liver transplant. Forced to act quickly, she made her decision. Vikrant walks away, and Mannat assumes he’s hurt because she didn’t tell him the truth earlier.
Kiran lashes out, accusing Mannat of hiding multiple secrets. Mallika blames herself for choosing Mannat over Aishwarya. Gagan asks her to leave and then checks on Aishwarya. Meanwhile, Roni and Neetu are stunned by the revelations. Roni asks Gagan how he plans to handle it, and Gagan admits he too was shocked but chose to stand by Mannat after understanding her pain. He reveals Mannat told him the truth first, disappointing Vikrant.
Mannat thanks Gagan for his genuine support, shocking everyone. Kiran continues insulting Aishwarya, prompting Mannat to question why society always blames the woman in such situations. She points out that no one questions the man who was equally responsible. Shruthi defends Aishwarya, saying she must’ve had her reasons. She recalls Aishwarya leaving a newborn to die in a storm but believes something drove her to it.
Just then, Aishwarya enters and explains her side. She says she was a bright student who wanted to support her sister. Anirudh, a known criminal, harassed her after she rejected his advances, which wounded his ego.
Elsewhere, Varun asks Anirudh if anyone will believe his version of events. Anirudh says Aishwarya may try to paint him as the villain, but he has a DNA test to prove Mannat is her daughter—and no one will believe a woman who abandoned her child.
Back at the house, Aishwarya reveals she filed a case against Anirudh after he molested her. When she saw goons harassing Mannat at a restaurant, it triggered her past trauma. She distanced herself from loved ones and couldn’t bear to abort Mannat, but out of fear and pain, she left her behind. She admits she hated everything connected to Anirudh and apologizes to Mannat, saying she doesn’t deserve to be her mother. Mannat, in turn, apologizes for resurfacing her pain.
Gagan and Vikrant support Aishwarya, and Vikrant defends her when Kiran tries to humiliate her.
