Neetu thanks everyone who attended the medical camp, sharing that she organized it to celebrate her son Vikrant’s birthday. She requests the guests to bless him. Meanwhile, Vikrant struggles to control his car as Dhairya urges him to slow down. Vikrant shouts that the brakes have failed, and the car crashes. Dhairya rushes to him and hugs him tightly, crying in relief. Shalini informs Mannat about the accident, and everyone hurries home.
Vikrant tells Roni that his car’s brakes failed and that Dhairya risked his life to save him. He admits he doesn’t know what would’ve happened without Dhairya’s bravery. Roni thanks Dhairya for saving Vikrant’s life. Dhairya humbly says it’s his duty as a police officer to protect others, reminding them that he once saved Neetu and now Vikrant. Vikrant expresses gratitude, saying he must do something for Dhairya, but Dhairya replies that a hug is enough, assuring Vikrant that nothing will happen as long as he’s around.
Mannat rushes to Vikrant in concern, but Neetu pushes her away, accusing her of being the cause of Vikrant’s misfortune. She calls Mannat a bad omen, claiming the priest had already warned her. Mallika secretly records the entire scene with a smirk. Ignoring Vikrant’s defense of Mannat, Neetu declares that she will not allow Mannat to marry her son. She announces that the wedding is off, blaming Mannat for all the recent troubles. Heartbroken, Vikrant listens silently.
Mannat, realizing Mallika’s smile, suspects her involvement and recalls all the strange incidents that occurred. When she hints that someone might be trying to separate them, Neetu accuses her of making false allegations and continues to insult her. Dhairya intervenes, stopping Mallika and warning her that he’s keeping a close watch—if she tries anything wrong again, she’ll land back in jail. Mallika silently vows to be more cautious.
Later, a distraught Mannat is comforted by Shalini and Laksh, who try to cheer her up. Vikrant arrives and apologizes for not standing up for her. He admits he failed as a lover and explains that he remained silent only out of respect for his mother. Mannat notices Neetu eavesdropping and asks if he planned for her to hear his words. Vikrant says he didn’t but acknowledges that his mother was wrong. He apologizes again and asks her to forget the tension and enjoy the birthday celebration. He hugs her warmly as Neetu watches, hurt and disapproving.
Meanwhile, Dhairya informs Vishaka that the party will take place in the evening. Vishaka tells him she has made kheer for Aman and insists on feeding him herself, saying it’s her right as a mother. Dhairya agrees but reminds her the situation isn’t in their favor right now. Vishaka says she has already waited twenty years and can’t wait any longer. Moved by her love, Dhairya promises to fulfill her wish.
Precap: Vishaka disguises herself as a nurse and secretly feeds kheer to Vikrant. Neetu is left stunned when she recognizes Vishaka.
