Mannat is shocked to see the nurse and compounder attacking Susheela. She immediately rushes forward and stops them, demanding to know what they are doing. The nurse quickly lies, claiming that Susheela is mentally unstable and often attacks people. She adds that Susheela had escaped, and they were only trying to restrain her. Mannat, unconvinced, accuses them of lying and insists that she clearly saw them assaulting Susheela. Suddenly, Susheela faints after uttering Dhairya’s name, leaving Mannat deeply worried.
Furious, Mannat threatens the nurse and compounder to call Dhairya immediately. She questions whether Susheela had been trying to reach him and demands to know what they are hiding. When the compounder threatens her to stay quiet, Mannat becomes even more suspicious, sensing that something
Meanwhile, at the Mezbani, Vikrant supervises the event. Laksh informs him that Mannat had planned to prepare some dishes herself but got occupied, so he took over. Vikrant grows uneasy, suspecting that Mannat and Dhairya have gone somewhere else together. To confirm, he calls Dhairya, who replies that he is on duty. Just then, Vikrant overhears Shruthi talking to children about checking their gifts, making him think Dhairya is lying to him.
At the venue, Mallika and Vishaka arrive, plotting to expose Neetu. Shalini spots them and quickly lies that Vikrant isn’t present — claiming he has gone home. When Mallika points out that she just saw him there, Shalini insists he must have left after receiving a phone call. Mallika informs Vishaka, who becomes anxious, fearing Mannat might return home before they can execute their plan. Shalini, realizing Mannat isn’t answering her calls, decides to stop Mallika from meeting Vikrant at any cost.
Back home, Neetu feels burdened with guilt for concealing the truth from Vikrant. Roni consoles her, assuring that Vikrant could never hate her. He reminds her that no one could love him as deeply as she does — she has been the best mother to him.
At the hospital, Mannat tries to call Dhairya, but the nurse blocks her way, refusing to let her leave. Just then, Dhairya arrives. Mannat quickly complains that the nurse and compounder are doing something terrible, explaining how she caught them trying to inject Susheela with something. Dhairya demands an explanation and is stunned to find his own grandmother lying unconscious. Overcome with emotion, he hugs her tightly, calling her Dadi. Mannat informs him that she stopped the nurse just in time before they could harm her. The nurse and compounder, in turn, threaten Mannat again.
Dhairya loses his temper and warns them that he will send them to jail. Under pressure, the nurse blurts out Vishaka’s name — confessing that she had ordered them to inject Susheela with medicine daily, with no concern for her life. Outraged, Dhairya refuses to believe that his mother could be involved, accusing them of slandering her. He even threatens to shoot them if they lie again.
At that moment, Susheela regains consciousness and weakly tells him that the nurse is telling the truth. She reveals that Vishaka is not the woman he thinks she is — she’s neither a good wife nor a good mother. Dhairya, devastated, insists that there must be some misunderstanding. But Susheela insists that Vishaka tried to kill her and that she survived only by God’s grace.
Elsewhere, Roni tells Neetu that Mannat is their blessing — a born fighter who will ensure justice prevails.
Later, Mannat reveals everything to Dhairya — how Vishaka struck a deal with Roni after he left, demanding that the entire property be transferred to her name in exchange for keeping the truth hidden. Vishaka, she explains, never cared for Vikrant — only for money. Susheela then confesses that Roni had paid for Dhairya’s father’s surgery, but Vishaka had stopped it from happening. As a result, his father died without treatment. She also discloses the most shocking truth — Vishaka sold Vikrant for fifty lakh rupees and framed Susheela to hide her crime.
Hearing this, Dhairya is shattered and filled with remorse for ever believing his mother.
Meanwhile, Mallika spots Vikrant’s car near the venue and realizes that Shalini lied to her. Determined to find him, she hurries ahead. Shalini, desperate to stop her, throws a handful of ice cubes on the floor. Mallika slips and falls hard, dropping her phone — which slides into the swimming pool, sinking out of reach.
Precap: After uncovering Vishaka’s deceit, Mannat confronts her with fierce determination. She demands answers for all the lies, betrayal, and pain Vishaka has caused. Vishaka tries to defend herself, but Mannat refuses to back down, exposing every truth that had been hidden. Her words strike with conviction, leaving no room for denial. Dhairya stands firmly beside Mannat, lending her strength and support. Together, they challenge Vishaka, making it clear that her manipulations have finally come to an end.
