Mannat cries out for help, prompting Vikrant to rush to her aid. He covers her with a dupatta, apologizing for arriving late, and explains that he had been searching for her. Mannat urgently asks him to call a doctor because Aishwarya is bleeding. Vikrant quickly does so.
Meanwhile, Rahul tells Banty their plan has failed and they must inform Mallika. Mallika demands Mannat’s video so she can make it go viral as part of her next scheme. Rahul informs her the plan flopped because Aishwarya intervened at the last minute, leaving Mallika shocked and confused about why Aishwarya would save Mannat.
The doctor arrives and takes Aishwarya away on a stretcher. Gagan questions what happened while Shruti stays by Aishwarya’s side at Mannat’s request. Vikrant observes as Mannat leaves to tend to her wounds, follows her, and lovingly applies ointment. Mannat breaks down and hugs Vikrant, who consoles her.
Meanwhile, Neetu blames Mannat for their misfortunes, saying her arrival brought bad luck and caused Aishwarya’s current state. Vikrant asks Neetu to stop unfairly blaming Mannat. When Gagan asks Mannat to explain, she cannot reveal the full truth until Aishwarya regains consciousness. She tells them she went to meet Vikrant at Mezbani, but a group of goons tried to molest her and hid her when Vikrant appeared. Aishwarya risked her own life to save Mannat and got hurt in the process, shocking everyone.
Later, the doctor says Aishwarya needs B- blood. Gagan can’t help, and Mallika refuses to donate because she fears injections. Shruti volunteers, but Vikrant points out she cannot donate due to her recent surgery. Mannat insists on donating despite her injuries. Afterward, Vikrant arranges for glucose for Mannat, and Mallika is jealous of their bond.
Concerned for Mannat’s safety, Shruti expresses her worries, but Vikrant distracts her with work talk. Mallika, feeling unloved and afraid of exposure, begins packing. Mannat then confronts Mallika, warning her she will expose her wrongdoings. Mannat later cares for Aishwarya, making Mallika mock their apparent bond and further fueling rumors about family secrets.
The tension escalates when Mallika insinuates that Mannat’s blood matching Aishwarya’s and Shruti’s recent liver transplant mean something more. In a dramatic revelation, Shruti admits that Mannat is Aishwarya’s daughter, exposing the long-hidden family truth.
