Neetu searches for Vishaka’s house, but Dhairya notices her and quickly alerts Vishaka. Vishaka, who has just returned from the market, assures him she will follow his plan and keep the truth hidden—that Dhairya is her elder son. Dhairya secretly follows Neetu, who grows suspicious, turns back, and nearly spots him. She later mistakes a policeman for Vishaka’s son, leaving Dhairya relieved. Neetu then messages Roni that she went to meet the priest.
Roni informs Vikrant, who jokes with Mannat about her childhood photos. Mannat insists on seeing his childhood photos too, which makes Roni anxious, fearing suspicions about Aman’s identity. Meanwhile, Dhairya notices Neetu on a call and deliberately pushes a pipe to create a distraction, saving her but injuring himself. Neetu worries and takes him home, while Vishaka watches silently. A doctor treats Dhairya’s wounds, and he downplays the injury, saying the real pain is the wound life gave him.
When asked about his family, Dhairya lies that he lives alone. Though Mannat and Neetu invite him to stay, he refuses, until Neetu insists he attend her son’s birthday puja. Vikrant too requests him, and Dhairya agrees. Neetu later laments that Mannat forgot Vikrant’s birthday, but Vikrant defends his mother’s love. Dhairya comments bitterly that even mother’s love can have a price. Meanwhile, Neetu struggles to find a priest, but Mallika offers one for Vikrant, remarking that Mannat doesn’t deserve him.
