Roni tearfully apologizes to Vikrant, explaining that everything they did was for his sake and that their actions came from love and concern for him. Vikrant, confused, asks why Roni is crying and apologizing when he has done nothing wrong. Just then, Neetu and Shruthi rush to Vikrant’s side, worried about his condition. Shruthi asks what happened, and Vikrant explains that he had fainted and doesn’t remember anything after the incident. Neetu tries to comfort him, but Vikrant gently asks her to rest for a while.
Later, Mannat urges Neetu to reveal the truth to Vikrant, insisting that he deserves to know everything. Mannat visits Vikrant and softly tells him to focus on recovering soon so they can move forward with their marriage. Once outside, Mannat confronts Neetu again, asking why she continues
Neetu, panicked, warns Mannat to stay silent. She emotionally manipulates her, saying that if Mannat truly respects her and their family, she will never reveal the truth. When Mannat resists, Neetu goes a step further, threatening to end her own life if Mannat dares to tell Vikrant. Though she claims it isn’t blackmail, she makes it clear she will kill herself if Mannat disobeys her, forcing Mannat into silence.
Meanwhile, Dhairya sits with Vikrant, trying to comfort him. He silently wishes for Vikrant to regain his lost childhood memories but doesn’t want to force them back through pain. He realizes that his mother’s methods of restoring Vikrant’s memory have been harmful rather than helpful. As he gives Vikrant his medicine, Vikrant suddenly asks about Vishaka. Dhairya grows tense, wondering why Vikrant is searching for his mother.
Elsewhere, Vishaka drags Susheela back to the Happy Old Age Home against her will. Susheela pleads to be released, but Vishaka is ruthless. She scolds the nurse for negligence, furious that she hadn’t been informed when Susheela went missing. In a fit of anger, Vishaka orders the nurse to give Susheela a strong dose of medication. The nurse hesitates, warning that such a dose could be fatal. Vishaka coldly replies that she doesn’t care — Susheela is of no use to her anymore and could be dangerous if she starts speaking the truth.
Soon after, Mallika calls Vishaka to report that Vikrant still hasn’t regained his memory. Suspicious, Mallika questions whether Vishaka has told her the full truth about Vikrant’s condition, saying she doubts the story about his “accident.” Vishaka insists that she hasn’t lied. Mallika retorts that if that’s true, then they need a new plan since Vikrant’s memory loss remains unresolved.
At the same time, Mannat confronts Mallika furiously, accusing her of pulling strings to get Aishwarya released from jail. She vows not to let that happen, saying Mallika is no different from her mother — both willing to commit countless crimes to get what they want. Dhairya intervenes, trying to calm Mannat, but she lashes out at him too, demanding that Aishwarya be sent back to prison. Dhairya grows annoyed and warns her not to order him around, but Mannat refuses to back down, threatening that he will face her wrath if he doesn’t listen.
Later, Mallika approaches Vikrant and slyly informs him that she saw Mannat alone in Dhairya’s room. When Mannat arrives, she quickly lies, claiming she had been with Shruthi instead. Vikrant hesitates and admits that fragments of his memory are beginning to return. Mannat wants to tell him the truth at that moment but freezes, recalling Neetu’s earlier threat.
That night, Neetu once again threatens to slit her wrists if Mannat dares to expose the secret. Shocked and desperate, Mannat pleads with her to calm down and somehow manages to convince her to put down the knife, torn between protecting Vikrant and keeping her promise to Neetu.
Precap: Mannat resolves to tell Vikrant the truth on the day of Lakshmi Puja. Determined to end the web of secrets, she firmly warns Vishaka not to cause any trouble or interference during the ceremony.
